GLaDOS. I got to like her, and she brought me much joy. Granted, she wanted me dead, but still having to fight her made me sad...
That brought a massive wave of shame, followed bu LOLZ as the 'Still Alive' song started up.
Also, Jack of Blades in Fable The Lost Chapters as a dragon.
He was the last of his kind guys! I already miss him.

The guy at the end of the Darkness. mainly because I wanted an ending that didn't involve my character being consumed, but hey i guess that asking a bit much

Sheogorath from Elder Scrolls IV. He was always so happy to see me he wanted to rip out my intestines and strangle me with them T-T.

It wasn't technically death, but Alastor from Viewtiful Joe. He was cooler than my character.

Wesker in RE5 too. He was cool throughout the series, but then Chris the muscle monkey has the balls to try and take him and his awesome evil from us.

The Rakni Queen on the other hand...I could never kill her. Not that I like the bugs, but she didn't deserve to die like that. I would have rather let her loose and fought her. Extinction shouldn't be done with the push of a button, it should be earned. And having read Ender's Game had something to do with it too.
I just saved her.

Darh Nihilus in Kotor 2. I just wish they had made more effort in fleshing his character out and giving him more than two scenes in the game considering how they all talk about him like his a god of death.

I think we were supposed to feel bad for the thing at the end of Little Big Planet. It runs away crying and says "I have no friends.", well neither do I, but I don't start some world domination thing. I wanted my sack person to lynch him good.

Sinclair. I liked him. He had a special way of talking that was interesting to hear but made your think about what he said.
I liked Sinclair. He was the best out of all the new characters. I saved the game before he died, because I thought I might have been able to save him, but nope.

although it wasn't a strict boss, the first big daddy on bioshock. I just saved the mandatory little sister, and I just walked straight into it, nearly jumped out of my skin, and just let fire with my machine gun. I barely survived being so unprepared.

Any boss on easy mode. Seriously, wiping them out by sneezing at them gives me the feeling of being that golden boy hero that the villagers used to love for saving them, but now it's like "woohoo, you saved us from the crowd of marauding faceless things and yet another generic dragon, tell us when you do something worthwhile again."

I don't feel bad about killing bosses who are just easy on any mode though. They deserve to die with my kleets firmly pressed into their groin for just thinking they could be a boss. I suppose I do feel bad for that one ship captain in God of War. You kill him in the hydra's throat, you knock him down into hades, then you kill him when he's revived by the barbarian. Wait a sec, I don't feel bad, that was funny.

I think it was a boss from the lilo and stitch tie in, that was a fun game, can't remember the name though
Stitch 626. Aahh sadistic childhood memories of throwing armored weasels into corrosive acid...

I thought the most difficult bosses to kill were the Colossi. I seriously wanted to smack the main character across the face for never even having a second thought about what could happen without them.

EDIT: Got one. Uther the Lightbringer, waaaay back in Warcraft III. He was also badass, and old, and had a manly beard, and had been there most of the series. And he was totally in the right. You were the bad guy when killing him. And Arthas was utterly remorseless about it. What a dick.
I hated Uther and I felt very satified that Arthras did kill him. All of the humans were useless morons. I hated all of the Elven quest in the Frozen Throne. I forget the hunter lady's name but I wanted her to die as soon as I found out she was chasing Illiden. Illiden was awesome.
