I don't necessarily condone this individuals choice of costume(that is to say, I don't personally find it funny), but ultimately I don't think it's worth making a fuss over.
In this instance I'm going to go with the "Don't agree with what you say (or in this case, wear), but will defend to the death your right to [wear] it." as my stance.

This is people going out and actually causing (or attempting to cause) harm to another human being. Those are the people who I personally find quite vile and disgusting. Those are the people who (in a potentially hilarious and obscene level of irony) I would actually quite like to take to one side and beat the shit out of.
(That last part was deliberately ironic, and tongue-in-cheek, just so everyone is 100% clear, I've had problems with people not getting that about my posts in the past)
