i've got games older then most the people on this forum that would like a word about that 'better graphics = immersion' thing, and your right, good graphics doesn't mean bad over all game. but that's what they're going to be selling, the graphics. that is what the 'great innovation' they will likely be pushing. that and a 'good reason' the jack up the prince for new games.Jazoni89 said:Graphics help immersion their's no denying it, and new technology also improves limitations. Just because a game has great graphics doesn't mean it's terrible in the gameplay department at all.
The prospect for a new generation is exciting, and I personally am looking forward to all of the great games that the next gen will bring.
while I'd like to hold out hope the next generation of games will be better, i can't. just don't see a reason to be excited about a new system that premisses more of the same, only prettier.
