In my experience, you would be better off bringing alcoholic drinks even if, like me, you are not a great alcohol fan. Some kid brought loads of cans of diet coke to a party where everyone was being floored by vodka, and he stuck with his coke - fair enough, in my opinion - but he got quite a bit of bullying in school for being a sissy.

But then again, it sounds like you are a bit above the age bracket where everyone pointlessly bullies everyone else.

Get Smifnoff Ice (Black is best but whatever's ya fancy) and mix with WKD (Blue tastes best but again whatever you prefer) honestly it's absolutely awesome. But...fill up and hip flask with your fave drink as well. That way you can drink peacefully by yourself as well if the party is a bit of a handful XD

Turns out, when you bring alcohol intending for it to be shared with every guest, you may begin to drink their alcohol, as well.

im gonna side with jäger and red bull. Its awesome or buy a bottle of minntu! Finnish liqeur, put it in the freezer and youve got arctic mint flavoured awesomeness. (you wont taste the alc.) If you want to be a real man however. You bring moonshine(pref 96percent) and mix it with scalding hot coffee. Karsk ftw, it is awesome and you will love it.

I can't believe people around the world know so little about drinks In Slovenia, everyone basically knows what and how to drink, from the lowliest geeks, to the nasty alcoholics.
Beer always works, no matter what, wine is second best (where I come from almost every family has their small vineyard, so everyone brings a couple of liters of their homebrew wine, tastes hella good, but you can get a couple of bottles of tasty wine for very cheap. mix with cola, or drink by itself), jager, vodka, rum and whiskey. These drinks always work and that's just the top of my head. You can find the nastiest drink in your nearest store and bring that and dare people to drink it (anything made from wormwood plants-cheap, perhaps even absinthe if you have the cash). EDIT: If you want to get a drink for the girls or people who don't enjoy alcohol much (yourself included), get Malibu rum. It's a very sweet drink, you can barely taste the alcohol.

Whats kind of drink is that? is it expensive?

About ?20-25 for a 70cl bottle where I live.

It's a german liqueur, sorta syrupy in texture, and tastes like black liquorish.
