Brothers in Arms: WTF?! (aka "Furious Four")

Brothers in Arms, like has been said before, is one of the few games that I actually give a crap about the people in my squad. And now...Meh. Drop the Brothers In Arms prefix and then you would have a possibly fun game. Too early to tell.

Although if this is taking resources away from the insinuated sequel to Hell's Highway...Damn you Gearbox for leaving it up in the air!

Doesn't look great, could be entertaining. But it has absolutely nothing to do with Brothers in Arms. It's like making a Terminator sequel and labelling it Star Wars, because they both have robots in.

OT: I remember playing Brothers in Arms games back on the PS2 years ago, and this just seems completely different, needless to say I will not be buying this game, especially with all the other games coming out as well.

Oh get fucked Gearbox. More Inglorious Bastard Nasee killathon bullshit. That said, I lost faith in Brothers in Arms when Hell's Highway added the out of place cartoon graphics and had a small Dutch child effortlessly kill 12 German soldiers with a pistol.

You know, im not the biggest fan of the band of brothers franchise, but this is kinda crazy, they should've turned this into a different franchise IMO

I'm upset that Gearbox sullied Inglorious Basterds. That trailer is almost a an i spy for Inglorious Basterds movie points. There was the bar scene, the forehead branding, the comanchee guy, the newspaper, and even the same over the top introductions for each character. I guess it's flattery, but I really don't want to play through a game where I brutally maim people, even if they deserve it. The movie was enough for me, the Hitler scene was too much. I don't need more.

What I need is fresh thinking, something that Pitchford seems ill-equipped to do. Where's Mikey Neumann? I like that guy. He's got his head on his shoulder and fresh ideas.

Also, to those commenting about how awesome the game looks or will be. Please, stop it. We haven't seen any gameplay, so about as much as we can comment on is the new direction the game will take. I don't like it all.
