^My birthday cake this year was wonderful.^

It was chocolate with cookies and cream ice cream in the middle. My husband baked and decorated it and it was delicious.

He also made a really good strawberry cake with mashed strawberries, coconut and pecans in it and buttercream frosting for my 2009 birthday that is a close runner up.

And yeah, when I leave the cooking alone and get down to baking, cheesecake is my favourite. Specially fruit cheesecake, if I do say so myself, my blueberry cheesecake kicks ass!
