not a damn thing, some one though they saw something but wasn't sure is the best i had, and that turned out to be nothing" she said, still fiddling with her swords position "since i decided to, to conserve energy, Claire got it for me though" she said, pulling it out "which is probably better then swiping one off a dead guy" William smiled at the last remark. "It is indeed better to buy one then to steal one of a corpse." He looked around and then said. "I don't see Claire here maybe we should go look for her." William looked at Rias to hear her opinion on the matter.

"yeah, that's why i took her up on her offer, though, I'm gonna have to pay her back at some point" she said sheathing her sword "plus, I'll need to learn to use it better"

"I don't see Claire here maybe we should go look for her."

Rias looked around a little "yes, lets, like to think they skipped out on us, but you never know right?"

"yeah, that's why i took her up on her offer, though, I'm gonna have to pay her back at some point" she said sheathing her sword "plus, I'll need to learn to use it better" William looked at Rias. "I could try to teach you what I know. I might not be a masters swordsman but I could still teach you quite allot. That is if you want me to help you." William gave her an smile. He wouldn't mind teaching her, it might even give them a better bond.

"yes, lets, like to think they skipped out on us, but you never know right?" "Indeed you never know." William walked in the direction that Claire had gone to earlier. He held 1 hand on his sword handle he had a bad feeling about this.

A few seconds later, Claire reentered the town square, her search over and highly unsuccessful. Seeing Rias and William, she realized that their efforts were in vain and sighed. Wandering over, she rejoined them and asked, just to be sure. "No luck then?"

"I could try to teach you what I know."
Rias smiled "that's be great, i was actually planning on asking you anyway"

but before ether of them got more then a couple steps to look for Claire "No luck then?" "nope, i take you had about the same luck?" Rias said.

Rias smiled. "that's be great, i was actually planning on asking you anyway" This in turn made William smile. But before he could react Claire came back. "No luck then?" Claire said. "nope, i take you had about the same luck?" Rias said. William sighed. "So we want to warn a town about a threat but we don't know what this threat is how dangerous it is and when it is coming here.. So basically we are going to warn them that, something might happen soon which is bad but we don't know anything about it." William looked at the 2 woman in the hope that one of them would know something that he didn't know.

"so ... we get to sound like crazy people then?" Rias said with a frown "not really a good option, 'something bad might happen soon' is pretty much 'everyday, everywhere, and at any given time', we need something solid before we say anything"

"You're right" Claire said to Rias, "But what can we get? The only one whose even seen them is Fromanzio and you know he's not speaking." Claire said, completely out of ideas.

"i don't know" Rias said disappointed "i just know we don't have enough to raise the alarm over" she said, "Fromanzio probably wouldn't tell us even if he did know, assuming there was really something wrong"

Fromanzio's laugh echoed throughout the center of town, a few onlookers noticed and were soon bored and left. "I told you guys." The location of the voice was impossible to make out, this just one of the mind games Fromanzio plays on his targets.

Fromanzio hopped off a small building, landing gracefully. Such a feat that normally would break the legs of a man, he seemed to pull with great ease. "When I told you what a pointless waste of time this is, Fromanzio did not lie. Group has lost too much time on this petty matter, let us be off to do important things! Rather than chase people who probably would just bash your face in before talking."

Fromanzio was more than bored of the town, he had an idea as to where Rook may be, but he had no intentions of making that apparent. Truth be told, he was torn on who he would kill if the group had met Rook. It was his duty to kill the group after all, but who would know if Rook happened to get blown up-no stabbed in the back by some mugger? Fromanzio of course, but he had a bad memory anyway.

Rias sighed an annoyed sigh at the site of Fromanzio "oh goody, you came back, and to gloat, how that's just wonderful" her tone a mix of sarcasm and annoyance before turning to William "whats the plan?"

"whats the plan? William scratched his head he didn't have an clue but then he seemed to get an idea. He walked over to Fromanzio. "Fromanzio you want to move on right? leave this town behind, you want us to stop wasting time here correct?" William then said. "Well we will be here for a long time, trying to find out what will go wrong. And until we know what it is we won't leave. Now if you tell us where your assassin friends are we can just go and talk to them, and then we can leave this town a whole lot faster. So what do you say will you tell us where the Rook is? I mean its an win/win situation we get the information we need and you get to leave this town behind a whole lot faster. And it isn't like we want to kill your friends I assure you we only want to talk to them." William smiled at him hoping to get an answer.

Fromanzio shook his head and began his maniacal laugh. "You just don't get it do you? Fromanzio can't reveal the location of an assassin on duty, he bent his code just telling the group to leave in the first place. To Rook, Fromanzio is nothing more than an insect and while that will come to haunt him later, at this very moment he could turn the entirety of the market on poor Fromanzio if he felt like it. On top of that, Fromanzio doubts he could lead you to the man even if he wanted to. Besides, the leader would probably want to then warn the whole village after the information had been gotten."

Just retracing our steps now aren't we? There might not be any harm in going alone.

Fromanzio ushered out a sigh and looked down. "However, concessions can be made. Fromanzio will go find Rook, alone. He will relay what he finds to the leader upon the condition that we leave afterwards."

"They won't leave. Fromanzio, you know that. Be quiet! Fromanzio might get to blow things up.

William was happy to see that Fromaznio would at least consider helping them."Thank you Fromanzio, but I can only promise that we will leave sooner. I can't promise you that we will leave right away after getting the information." William looked at Fromaznio hoping that he would still help them. He was their only lead without him they had nothing.

He is going to fight whatever it is that is going to harm the village. Why are we letting him? Just throw a bomb already.

Fromanzio was torn, he did not like going against his code, but the mission was important for the market and if asking Rook a quick question would get things moving at a faster pace then why not? "Fine, Fromanzio will make an honest attempt to find him. If Fromanzio fails however; we are to leave immediately. One with an army upbringing such as yourself must know the issues of fighting an unknown enemy. The leader can trust Fromanzio to give this an honest try, though us assassins are notorious for our disappearing acts."

As such, Fromanzio ran off to find Rook, still unsure if what he was doing was wise. Then again he had recently thrown a bomb at a troll and tried to back stab an ethereal ghost knight and both of those went well, so perhaps throwing caution to the wind for a third time will end just fine.

Fromanzio was also unable to find anything, no foot steps, no signs of objects or doors being handled roughly and no signs of walls with giant holes in them.

Rias just watched the exchange, and watch Fromanzio leave again and shrugged "I'm going to go check on Mr Bom, let him know whats going on and that we'll probably be leaving soon" she said as she headed in the direction Bom went

Exhausting. How the hell did someone like Rook up and disappear? Not exactly his style but it most likely meant that he was dead. Fromanzio chuckled but decided that he hated being ambushed and quickly returned to the town square. Rias was missing but that did not bother Fromanzio in the least.

"Alright, Fromanzio searched and Rook appears to have been killed. With that, the case is cold and Fromanzio would rather prefer to not stick around. Let us be on our way yes?"

Bom sat watching some termites battling one another around his feet. He glanced up, and just so happened to spot Rias approaching. Bom jumped up, eager to hear the news.

"Ah, Ms. I was beginning to wonder. Have you spoken with the town's people? Will we be heading off soon?"

"Alright, Fromanzio searched and Rook appears to have been killed. With that, the case is cold and Fromanzio would rather prefer to not stick around. Let us be on our way yes?" William seemed shocked by this news."But how do you know they are dead.. maybe one of them was an mage and they simply teleported. I mean there wasn't even the slightest sound or sign of struggle. And you said yourself that he was strong, what could have killed him in less then a minute and not even leave behind an trail?"
