Scribblenauts. It failed to live up to It's promise, becuase most of the levels could ONLY be solved by using the same things over and over again.

Oh, a few games have...

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion: The Elder Scrolls series has such a good rep, and I loved Morrowind, except for the horrid combat. Sadly, I discovered they fixed the combat in exchange for ruining everything else, and worse still, they ripped out any shred of possibly Roleplaying! Fable 2 was funnier and just drew me in in the way Oblivion couldn't...

Fallout 3: Oblivion with guns... Glad I played it at a friend rather than pay money for it

Lord of the Rings: Conquest: Awesome! Battlefront with swords! Hoo boy... It was alright...Not a BAD game, but just, a massive letdown, and worth about 1/5 of what I paid for it (the full $60, about a week after it came out)... I was REALLY looking forward to it too

Grand Theft Auto(The entire series) I tried 3, Vice City, and San Andreas... Someone tell me what about them was fun besides driving motorcycles?

Duke Nukem 3D (XBLA): Oh yeah, now I remember why I hate FPS on a console...

God of War: Why is this fun? Everything I tried in it just... bored me... I'm glad it was given to me, I ain't paying money for this...

Devil May Cry 3: See God of War...

That's about all that's in my mind for the moment...

Oddly enough, it was a Yugioh Game for the Gamecube (back when I was still in middle school). I thought it would be just like the card game but with the console graphics. It had little to do with the card game and was a total waste of time.

Either that or Soul Calibur IV. I wasn't impressed with III, but it was still fun to play. IV was just awful. I miss the days of Soul Calibur II and earlier. While I'm at it, I'll throw in Soul Calibur Legends (what the hell were you thinking Namco?)

Thank you, I forgot SC4... Also, I liked Yu-Gi-Oh! The Falsebound Kingdom. Then again, I knew it was a turn-based RPG before hand... All the faithful card game adaptations are on portable consoles, the most accurate being on the DS.

Phantasy Star Zero for the DS.

I read up on it quite a bit before the purchase, lots of opinions on it being like the Gamecube/Dreamcast versions of Phantasy Star Online. I played it for a good chunk of time on the first two days of owning it, and each attempt since then hasn't lasted for longer then 5-10 minutes. I rarely let graphics decide enjoyment in a game for me, but it really kills it when all I'm thinking while I'm playing is how it looks like a low-budget terrible cartoon show.

Knights of the Old Republic 1. I'm sorry, but I just couldn't get into it.
I did for a moment, but then the game glitched on me and I couldn't proceed forward. At that point, I didn't care to replay the entire game.

A lot of big releases are like that. GTA stopped being fun after GTAIII, I could never get into Halo, and the Call of Duty series died with the first Modern Warfare.

Against everyone's recommendations, I purchased Haze.

The next day I was back at GameStop returning it. I used the money to buy The Darkness.

Which I then returned the next day.

That's cute, he thinks he's funny. I can't believe I managed to read half of that. How do people mistake crassness for humor? He didn't even say what was bad about them, he just insulted it and called it full of pus.

Anyways, Final Fantasy 7 for me. I was expecting it to be godly and discovered a terribly written and cliched plotline with terrible, terrible characters. Cloud honestly was one of the worst and least interesting characters ever.
It was a shame, I had loved all of the Final Fantasies up until that point.
LOL.

You know that site is fake right? We mocked it up as a little easer egg for ENN?

The whole POINT is that the (fictional) reviewers groundlessly bash the games. None of it is meant seriously.

Final Fantasy 12 was brilliant, and I will challenge to fisticuffs anyone who says otherwise.

My game: Grandia Xtreme -> worst entry in an otherwise great series.

This, even though I knew it wasn't going to be as good as Oblivion I still had hopes for it. It looked cool, but I'm glad I rented it first.

I did not know it was fake! Thank you for telling me, I was worried that people were jumping the Yahtzee bandwagon and reviewing games by insulting them.
