I've never understood the hate for Phys. Chem; it's the best bit! I too shall be a research chemist when I go back to Uni in ooh... two days. Should be fun.

It's the mathematics and the formulae which make me dislike physical chemistry. Oh, and of course, the fact that two successive failures in physical chemistry have destroyed my hopes and dreams of conducting a job in the physical sciences forever.

I kind of understand where you're coming from, though the maths is what makes me like it. May I ask what particular part you are/were having problems with?

I don't believe that I'll be continuing with chemistry when I finish my course; these last two years have already shown me for the charlatan and the cretin that I am. When two years can take almost everything out of you, it probably isn't the wisest decision to make that into a career.

Why does that make a you a charlatan and a cretin? No-one's great at every bit of Chemistry (well, except Linus Pauling).

I like to read when I'm not playing video games and I typically work at night so I tend to be a vampire and not awake during the day. *usually*
I don't drink coffee it puts me to sleep almost instantly
I drink tea a lot and water and juice occasionally i'll drink soda or alcohol but not often.

Hey im Supreme Unleaded, I am a little bit of an adrenalin junkie while being a nerd and smart in many subjects, yet I look alot differen then you might think. I'm a wildcard of epic praportions.

I want to be a Rally Racer when possible, but since im only 14 i cant say to much. Although I am a great driver compared to most. I fi go go-carting, weather i start at the back or the front I will always make the podium from just pure skill of driving. Pretty much driving is a passion even though im only 14.

I'm DeadLyric, I say that under the assumption you're illiterate like me. I joined this forum yesterday. Why would a physical Adonis like myself join the internet forum, well when you work in the Adult Industry the other 90% of the internet becomes very, very boring to which Zero Punctuation, then forum lurking is a nice work around for. So while I'm 'working' I figured I'd actually grab a profile so I could stop lurking and get some sun.

My humor is that of a 'special' Pants on head person. I enjoy internet memes' I love to laugh so it comes fairly easy. I'm a movie buff, enjoy console, and computer (mostly RTS) games, I'm addicted to indie music and smoking hookah. I play the piano and am a 'amateur' writer.

Ahh, Necroswanson. That name brings back some good memories. Reminds me of the whole MGG=Reviews fiasco. Shit, that was hilarious. But that was way back when Joe (the mod) was here.

For those who don't know, MGG=Reviews was a poster who would post atrocious reviews full of bad grammar and completely incomprehensible drivel. At first, people would constructively criticize him, but then he never listened, so people got pissed off at him. And then he started saying shit like "YOU BUGGERS OR DONKEYS WITH NO ESSENCE OF LIFE" and "GOTHS, A BUNCH OF RETARTED BUNNIES THAT DONT KNOW IF THEY HAD SEX OR A VERCECTERMI"

But I digress. Nowadays, many of the old posters are gone, or nearly gone - FireDaemon, PurpleRain, John Galt, Enigmatic Apple, just to name a few. It happens with every forum. Friendships are bound to end eventually, with everyone going their separate ways, until there's no one left but you. This is true not just in internet forums, but in real life as well.

I'm just going off on a rant because I'm one of those sentimental fools who likes to be able to say "Yeah, I was there till the end, man. Right to the very fucking end."
