We build a new country. It will be better than all the others. Its will be built out of the sea and be the greatest feat in all of human history. It will be the pinnacle of technology and all of its resources will be produced on the island.

And in times of war, the Great Utopia will rise up out of the sea, revealing the most destructive and powerful weapon to even be thought of... The BFG 9000 v.2. Its cannon is one kilometer long and 200 meters wide. Its sheer power could destroy any country that dares to oppose the laws of the earth in a single shot.

The world will see the desruction of the country and bow down to its influence and will be forced into peace by the firepower of this deadly weapon.

I came up with all of that off the top of my head in a few seconds, I just can't type that quickly.
