Officially speaking, my city, The Hague is already the capital of justice and peace.
It's because we are the home of the International Court of Justice and the International Criminal Court.

Agreed, it is more then likely it would be in Den Haag simply because this is already the treaty agreed location for organisations vital to world government. The UN? Hell the UN can't even agree on what to have for lunch let alone run a world size government. No it will be within the criminal courts that world policy is enforced and hence made.

Unless, prior to the unification wars, we treaty some other location for it's neurality... Antarctica? Best place for politicians when you think on it, as faaaaar away from us as possible!
