I have Hooray for Me by Bad Religion for incoming calls and Get Small Item from The legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time for text messages. They are good ringtones because they are completely different(one being a punk rock song and one being a videogame sound effect) and allows me to tell whether or not I have a call or a text.

Mine is a 'ring ring' noise. It's actually quite hard to find anything else that's sensible.

0_0 I want the TARDIS tone!

But alas I'll have to settle for "Neon Tiger" by The Killers as my default tone, "Never Gonna Give You Up" for when my roommates call me (instant Rick Roll), the Kim Possible communicator beeping for txts, and "Still Alive" for when I have a voicemail.

Bzzzzzzzzz Bzzzzzzzz Bzzzzzzzz L'amour Detruit by My Dying Bride

For some reason I only feel my phone vibrating when I know I'm getting a call, so the back-up heavy guitars are quite necessary.
The buzzing at first is just praying I can stay unnoticed.

Also my phone doesn't have a standard ringing sound.
The standard sound is "unce unce unce unce unce unce beep clap unce unce unce unce unce unce beep clap"
To hell I'm using that and to hell I'm going to bother downloading a ringtone.

I switch back and forth between 'Green Onions' by Booker T. and the MGs and 'What's Left of the Flag' by Flogging Molly.

Damn that was sometime ago. It's been changed to the Taaaank music for ringing and the Hunter pounce for txts now.

Mine is the opening chords of "The Geeks Were Right" by The Faint.

As for text, it's actually Navi screaming:
HEY! LISTEN! HEY! LISTEN! HEY! LISTEN!
...for about five minutes. Ripped from a youtube video. This is to help me wake up to respond to my phone, but once I start a texting conversation, the phone goes straight to vibrate, to help preserve my sanity.

Dr. Horrible's Bad horse phone call, yep my ringtone informs me I have failed to steal something and must now kill someone or be executed. A joy when it goes off during class.

Matt Bellamy's spontaneous guitar solo from Muse's performance of Muscle Museum at Earl's Court, 2004. I think.
For texts, it just vibrates.

Rust in Peace... Polaris by Megadeth.

Starts with a drum solo. It's pretty hard to miss.

I've got the Banana Phone song. The chorus that is.

Can't believe no one's said that yet - 2 days ago I was actually going to the movies with a couple of palls and our phones went off right after eachother (1 minute interval) and we both ended up having Banana Phone as a ringtone.
