Reapers? They've been doing their organic life extermination for who knows how long and they live outside of the actual galaxy deep into dark space. They probably travel to other galaxies and kill organic life there too.
Or maybe Dr.Manhattan. He's not exactly human anymore, so he's his own species even though he's the only one of his kind. That dude is indestructible and almost omnipotent.

post a comment of a species more powerfull then the necrons i think it's the only species ever thought off that is "perfect" they reproduce by killing,they dont need to eat,when they die they self repair in minutes,if the universe gets destroyed then the necrons will float around space with theyre powerfull monoliths and uhm they would still float around space because they dont need to breath plus since they extinguished all live on the universe thousands of years ago in the warhammer 40k universe they fell asleep because they had no purpose when the new races started war they awoken ok now find a species more powerfull then they are just stop with the saiyans and gods

If not the cosmic entities from H.P Lovecraft's Cthulhu mythos, I honestly see nothing that can compete with the Combine. They don't just control a couple of solar systems or an entire galaxy, they control several -universes-.
