oh and it could just be me..but three dog got very very fucking tiring to listen to. i know its a repeat but his voice is not something i like to have on repeat.
I agree. Sure it's repeat, but at least bethesda could have made he effort to record several different version of each announcment he does so that they'd sound a little different each time. I mean really, how much space on the blu-ray disc could some extra sound files really take up?
Also, it's a downright travesty that they couldn't be bothered to add some new and interesting things for Three-Dog to say over the radio with the expansions. I mean ONE SINGLE difference after the battle with the Enclave at the Jefferson memorial plant? Come on!
Also would it have killed them to score some rights to include some more songs in the game with the expansion to spice up the Pip-boy radio?
If they were gonna rip off the radio stations of the Grand Theft Auto series, they could at least have made them similarly expansive and varied.
Also, another thing tha bethesda suck at is including some variation in heir in-game music (this goes for fallout 3 as well as morrowind). Sure, that theme music in morrowind does sound bombastic and "larger than life:y" the first time around, bu after having heard the same loop over and over again and only hear a break whenever a fight begins it gets kind of tired.
The previous fallout games came out in 1997 and 1998 and even they had a more varied soundtrack than fallout 3 did, which should put bethesda to shame when they can't even improve something that's almost a decade old in that particular department.
The sound technicians, voice acting casters at bethesda softworks should be fired. Their effort has been terribly mediocre in pretty much every game...
