Dom from gears of war comes close (seriously shut up about your wife!) but Rico from Killzone is probably the most unlikable gobshite to ever grace a video game... I would say more about him but I would probably get banned from the site (and deservedly so) for using language so offensive that people vomit on their keyboards... I hate him sooooooooooooo much, not one single person can make argument for this tool, in fact he is such an asshole that from now on I will refer to any character who annoys me as "a bit of a Rico."

First off, Mayu. Aside from being useless for anything other than being bait for ghosts, she is the dumbest ***** I have ever seen. She bitches constantly about her fucking leg, and being extra sure to blame you for it, because she fell off a cliff because her dumb, crippled ass was too slow to catch up with you in a fucking game of tag. She chases after glowing, evil butterflies in the goddamned forest in the middle of the fucking night for no reason other than "LOL they look pwitty!!" To make it even more worse, the whole reason the two of your got teleported to the evil village of murder and darkness was because she chased the damn butterflies in the first place!! She chases (CHASES ON PURPOSE) evil ghosts that want to possess her, and then acts fucking surprised when her retarded ass actually gets possessed. And she has the CHEEK to fucking attack you in the alternate ending! In that ending, she also fucking BLINDS you and acts all happy and smug about it, like "Yay she can't live without me take that *****. And if that's not enough, if you're smart enough to abandon that stupid *****, the games gives you a fucking BAD ENDING!!! BFVJDSKHFB

Spoiler: Laura from Silent Hill 2

Second is that little brat, Laura. First annoyance, having to find her because she thought it was a great fucking idea to run off into a town possessed by evil and crawling with monsters. She attempts to murder you on more than one occasion (locking you into rooms full of vagina monsters, etc.), and then has the GALL to call you a murderer for killing your mean, cunty wife. And the game considers taking her with you to be the GOOD ending. No. No it's not the good ending silent hill 2, being stuck with a little brat who calls you a tosser and a murderer every 5 goddamn seconds and hangs out with fat pedophile sociopaths IS NOT THE FUCKING GOOD ENDING!!!!!

I'm fine with just hating Cloud and Sephiroth. I hate how people just label them as the best hero and villain ever. I'm honestly not impressed by either of them and wish FF-Fans would stop putting them on a damn pedestal all the time.

I would say Zelda (or the whole damn royal family) from just about any LoZ game. Clearly the triforce if wisdom does not make up for the apparent lack of competence in ruling your country. Apparently that corner of the triforce drew the short stick in the super power lottery. HOW many times has has the big bad invaded and kicked you guys out so far? Is your army truly this incompetent in defending Hyrule? Why not stop the hero of time from putting the master sword back and you know...keep it and let the army use it?

Also all the girls of Final fantasy. Really, I think all the final fantasies could have taken place without ANY of the girls in them and they wouldn't have had to change the story at all. (yes that includes Aerith from FF7 as well cuz well in the end, she didn't DO anything).

Did you play the Awakening expansion for Origins? Cause, he was pretty likeable in that game. In between games his personality completely changed from being funny to whiny.

Yeah but you have to agree they're not the same guy. I really liked Anders in DA:Awakenings and remember one reviewer wanted him to be a romance option. Even with my love of Alistair, I was tempted to agree with her. Still, this [keep it clean TW, keep it clean]....guy. Ugh! It was just a emo loser. Very disappointing compared to what a cool character he was in the first game's DLC.

Still, far more likeable than Jacob in ME2. I blame the voice work. Someone like Coby Bell could've done the character far more justice than Adam White. Hell, they could've used Coby Bell's likeness just like they did with Miranda (using actress Yvonne Strahovski).

I dont understand all this ME Ashley hate. She's not even really all that racist, just the occasional "I dont know if we can trust them" remark. And that stems from her career being screwed over just for being related to the only human that ever surrendered to aliens. So shes a little distrustful of aliens because of it. Dont agree with it, but it makes perfect sense to me.

I guess hating Ashley is the definition of illogical hatred.
