Have you ever just screamed in frustration when you got hit for the fiftieth time by an anavoidable exploding Shuriken? Or tiwtched in anger when you got swarmed by a horde of tiny enemies that tore you apart before you knew what the fuck? Have you ever turned the game off in frustration because an enemy that clealry wasn't there earlier suddenly appeared and gave you a new hole to breath out of? Or even just plain swore like hell because you followed the button mashing promt on screen exactly but the giant dinosaur still ate you? Have you ever been the victim of a glitch that caused your enemy to survive a point blank range shotgun blast and you died instantly?
If the answer is yes please tell me, what is the most cheap, annoying, unfair bullshitty attack that any enemy has ever given to you in a videogame?

In Street Fighter 2, once M. Bison knocks you to the ground he can continually use his slide attack and you can't do anything.

For me personally, can't think of anything more annoying than the Nightwalkers in Vampire Rain, you know... they see you, chase you at the speed of a runaway train, you cannot kill them no matter how hard you try. They hit you once it stuns you and takes half your health and before you can get up, they diliver the second hit and it kills you. Then you have to watch a cutscene where the vampire makes your neck into a Martini as if the game is saying "HAH YOU SUCK"
Suck get it?

Flying medusa heads on the original Castlevania for the NES.

For those that never played think of: Jumping trough moving platforms. Now add Medusa Heads flying right at you during the jumps.

BF 2142 - players using aiming mods that can headshot you with a pistol when you're behind them...and 100 yards away.
that isn't really a cheap attack if it's not meant to be in the game. That exact scenario can happen to about any Online FPS

Georgian assualt rifle snipers trained to triangulate positions in the pitch dark across an unlit room from a soft footfall. And they can fire full auto and still hit every shot (even if for the first few the gun was pointing at the floor). Splinter Cell anyone?

Two levels from CoD4 veteran: the end of One Shot One Kill and the entirety of No Fighting in the War Room. Bull shit.

Got to go, I'll edit with the reasons why in a sec.

EDIT:Alright. First, One Shot One Kill. You have to hold out in the open for several minutes (I never timed it). There are several ticket booths you can hide in, but if you stay there for more than a few seconds (not even enough time to recover health if you took a lot of damage), every enemy in the entire fucking level throws a grenade and then focuses on you, so if you try to run away you're dead within seconds. If you try to survive in the open, the computer will find some way to flank you from two sides and attack at once. And, just as one more "fuck you", you can't use the C4 shortcut they programmed into the multiplayer (tap X twice to detonate any thrown C4 no matter what you have out), making the C4 worse than useless.

No Fighting in the War Room... well, it's not a hold out level, that's the only favorable thing about it. It's a long linear level with no default checkpoints on Veteran. That's right, the only way to get a checkpoint is to get past a certain part and die multiple times. And you will die. A lot.

Halo 2 Legendary and snipers....the fact that they always head shot and never miss is annoying, you have to pick them off one by one making sure your at the right angle so you don't get shot by a different sniper...I know its not too terribly hard to slowly pick them off, but on levels of cheapness I think it ranks up there near the top.

Flood with rocket launchers. Am I right, or am I right?
Neither.

Flood with shotguns are where controller breaking frustration is at (and those ranged pureforms, so gorramn resistant and powerful).
