Where's the petition because this the most asinine thing I've ever heard. What's next I'm gonna go to jail for shooting a gun and then I edit it to make it seem like a person died.
I agree he deserves some prison time, but not for the charges bought against him. He exploited the trust of the people who were involved and should get like 5 years for that but he is no threat to anyone and this does not require the full extent of a law that is being stretched to meet the situation (and a win could see it further stretched as well).

i cant really understand how its a criminal matter.
wouldnt it be more of a civil issue with the parents and the school sueing him for damages.
no children were harmed as far as i can see and the kids probably knew more than what was i nthe song anyway.
I just hope if anything he only gets a few years in prison. 20 years, he will be 41 when he gets out, for a video like this is just stupidly excessive.
