And you can't check the 'children' in the videos against porn stars who look like children? There's software for facial recognition checks and etc, I'm sure it could be done. It's a legal loophole that was used to avoid having these people get what they deserve.

5000 people were detected by operation Flicker for downloading suspected child porn.

Only a handful of them worked in the defense agencies, the rest were regular joes.

The reason a lot of them weren't convicted is because there was no proof the subjects were children and not just young looking porn stars. I know I'd hate to go to prison for some of the "barely 18" videos I like.

And the fact that you lot are just taking this article at face value is a worrying sign that people are willing to believe anything no matter how ludicrous without even basic fact checking.

There are just over 23,000 people working in the pentagon, you really believe that almost a quarter of them are looking at child porn!? Unless they're actively recruiting paedophiles its a bit unlikely.
