Come my children, it is time to cleanse your souls of the devil and confess your inner secrets.

This is a non-judging zone; this is a community who strives to help others.

I will start:

*I actually really liked Metallica's St. Anger album

Man, that DOES feel better, it feels like a weight has been shifted somewhere else ^-^

So how about you, Escapists?

I love St.Anger as well! : D

I wish true, serious harm on my brother. I hope he gets everything coming to him that he deserves and more, and you can add the rest of my family as collateral since they've decided that he's worth saving and I'm in the wrong for getting upset when he does something that would make any logical sane person upset.

When I'm going through black moods, my daydreams and fantasies start ending with failures or rejections, or including themes like personal embarrassment or losses. This can go on for a day or more before I realize it's happening. Also, I start looking at my creative efforts and the ambitions they encourage me to adopt as a joke at my expense. This year, out of spite provoked by that sinister, aberrant thinking, I've destroyed a 40-page rulebook for a space strategy boardgame I'd nearly finished and a lot of the artwork that was provided to me as a favor for it as well.

I haven't told anybody that. I'd rather they conclude that I never finish what I start.

St. Anger? Pah, my mp3 collection includes songs by JLS, Busted and Aqua. But my greatest sin? You can read my signature to find that out.

Indeed... the Dark Lord's work! And I wouldn't have it any other way.

And how about this? I LIKED the driving in GTA IV
I enjoyed COD: Modern Warfare 2.

Attack on Titan was eh at best. (To some people this would be like me saying I murdering a baby)

GTA 4 was a good game.

Oblivion was the best, that I have played, in the Elder Scrolls series.

That's all I've got confessing wise.

Confessions of the Soul, eh? I worry that this is going to take a dark turn before long. I don't really want to be the one who is responsible for that, though, so I'll just say this:

I avoided the first book in the Harry Potter series like the plague and responded coldly to anyone's attempts to recommend it to me, because I was sick of hearing about it all the time.

I....I don't know if I can say it Taco. I fear that I will become an outcast among the community if everyone knew my deep and dark secret of shame. I shall be cast into the basement of the Escapist and come out scarred and souless...

I've shared some dark stuff on this thread before. My love of sport games, Dragon Age 2, Mass Effect 3's original ending, modern military shooters...all of these things I have gone into battle for but my ultimate secret...I just don't know if I can reveal...

I don't want to! Please....[small]please...no[/small]

May the internet God's shine forgiveness upon this poor soul...

*deep breath

I own (and greatly enjoy) two Nickelback albums

[small]Forgive me Internet Father for I have sinned[/small]

I have absolutely no interest in relationships at all. That's right. I am not gay, bisexual nor straight. I don't really like using the word "Frigid" because whilst it is techincally true (The word meaning sexually unresponsive when used in this context)it has a lot of negative connotations and makes people think you are weird. I still have and am open to meaningful relationships in the other, non sexual sense of course.

I have an odd love of Visual Novels. Considering people here don't really have a good opinion on anime overall because every anime thread gets locked within two days I may as well be crucifying myself admitting I like moving picture books with anime girls plastered over them. To be honest I transitioned over from all the games with Novel elements first.

I thought it was the cool Objection! mechanic that made me like Ace Attorney (my first VN) so much then there was Persona 4, Persona 3, BlazBlue in which I just wanted the fights out of the way so Hazama could get more devilishly brilliant lines in then I got into Katawa Shoujo, just as everyone emotionally invested in the Internet gets into Katawa Shoujo eventually. Also speaking of confessions, Hanako was best girl. Lily is #2. Yeah, I went there. Come at me bro.

Now thanks to a single screenshot on Funnyjunk i'm playing Grisaia no Kaijitsu, no I can't spell or pronounce it offhand either. It looks pretty good though i'm well out of the true opening scenes and there has yet to be ANY choices. It makes all the moves of starting a choice then just trails off with your main character being a killjoy but on the other hand, it's nice that he is Shounen anime protagonist levels of competent. How long is this going to be anyway? I suppose the fact that it has 10 pages of separate save slots on hand may be quite telling. I guess this amount of play time makes accidentally tripping the Bad Ending SUPER depressing.

I guess a nice thing about being over here in the West is that nobody bothers to translate the generic crap Visual Novels so you have all the well received good ones instead. At least that's the impression I get, though the same isn't true for anime.

I'm quietly happy that Steam looks to be tentatively introducing some onboard. I think there was talk of them releasing Higurashi a while back and hopefully Umineko by extension. I would like to buy this stuff legit like y'know. I heard the Steam forums went a little bit crazy when Long Live The Queen (another game I liked) was released. We don't like change! Stop it!

Attack on titan is one of those rare things, like Iron Man 3, where I absolutely love it, but at the same time, I can totally understand why many others would not, and may even hate it.

I hate and fear normal people in equal measure. They seem, to me, an autistic, quite possibly insanely paranoid 22 year old, to be vicious, unthinking, uncaring, intolerant and ignorant. I live in fear of them. I try to follow their quite frankly absurd, unfair rules just so they won't kill me. They've done it before, they'll do it again, and I'm driving myself crazy trying not to make myself the next target.

The FUCK did you just say?! I will have you know that Attack on Titan was easily the best new anime i've seen in years, how DARE you deny its brilliance!? I bet you were one of those people who said the first opening was "overrated" or "not as good as people say" hmm?! You clearly have no sense of good taste. Put that baby down, you don't know what you're doing.

Right, with that out of the way let me get back to picking out a smartphone case for Christmas.

Now is there a version of the Wings of Freedom in green...

It started off strong, but quickly dropped in quality after the first big battle. By the time they reached the forest I no longer cared for any of the characters anymore. Also, the first OP is one of my all time favorite anime OPs so :p.

Hmm... where to start?
1) I love all those Slice of Life Schoolgirl Animes. yes, thy're a dime a dozen and most are knockoffs of either Azumanga Daioh or Lucky Star, but I loves them anyways. My crunchyroll queue is full of the "four schoolgirls hang out/make a club and are weird."

2) the Walking Dead was my least favorite Telltale game. It's nowhere as good as say, Sam and Max

3) I liked Skyward Sword and its waggle controls more than I did Ocarina of time. yeah, I said it.

and finally... I like Dubbed anime more than subbed! yeah, I said it. going along with that...
