Is it any wonder why Microsoft don't want to allow him, the person not just one Gamertag, access to Live and are banning every Itzlupo alias he makes? Does he think Microsoft can't access Youtube and can't see every public threat and admissions to TOS violations he makes?

Really this guy is so dumb and clueless it's funny. Wasn't the mods fault. I've seen the original, and the only thing he should get a little punishment for is being a bit unprofessional. Totally support what The Pro did. Hell, I have not paid for a gold account this time around and won't for the foreseeable future because everyone I have encountered there has been scum. Add in the fact that they are cheating scum and it makes my decision even more rational. Get it out there that moderation is in force and it cleans things up a lot. Hell, it makes the difference between The Escapist and 4chan.

Now as for the kid - I would pay good money to hear his folks rip the shit out of him for being a little bastard.
