Moot point is moot.

If He couldn't stop a bullet with his reality-altering omnipotent power, He could most certainly stop it with some other part of His body.

Anyways, I suppose yes he could, but obviously he wouldn't since "turn the other cheek" and all. and he never actively opposed the people who killed him.
is it wrong that when i read this i imagined a roman coming up behind him and "popping a cap is his arse"?

I think he could dodge them and that he's the agent smith of this world! (not saying hes the bad guy...)

So...you're asking if Jesus, the will of an almighty being who created this universe (and all others) given shape, who once rose from the dead, walked on water, fed 40000 people with two fishes and a loaf of bread, cured leprosy and blindess, AND TAMED A NEST OF FUCKING DRAGONS...could stop a bullet.

Yeah, probably. And if he couldn't, he'd just shrug it off.

Has he had his five a day ? Is he in a happy mood?

Have the bullets even been fired from a gun? Assuming they have, who fired them? Did God do it? Is he wearing a bullet proof vest? Are the bullets open to negotiation on the matter?

You really need to be more specific with your question. If Jesus was in a gunfight with the Anti-Christ, they might cancel each other out I guess.

Does he have Chris Tucker by his side? That might help.

You have won the thread.

OT: I dunno. Probably not. Couldn't handle Roman weapons, now could he?

Oh cmon, he couldn't stop the Romans with their pointy bits of metal. You really think ol' Jebus could stand up to the ways of the 21st century?
Why not? This certainly looks like the guy is modern-day savvy.

Why ask this? You're only going to get two answers - yes or no - from those who believe respectively that he is either the son of God or another human being. If you believe he's the son of God, then, of course, you believe he would have the reality bending power to stop as many bullets as he wants. If you believe otherwise, then he's human and cannot summon the supernatural power of stopping bullets mid-flight.

Also, to those who are consistently making jokes about dodging nails or the Romans, or whatever, you're entirely misinformed and never read the scriptures you're mocking. If you actually put a semblance of effort into studying the history, Christ had willingly put himself in the situation that would result in his death. While he was scared shitless about it, he went through with it anyway, by his own will.
