Jagged Alliance 2: The graphics are dated, duh 1999. Stuck at 800x600. Skyrider and Ira are annoying... umm... I... ahhh... No that is it.

Xcom: It doesn't remember loadout (fixed with the util), dated graphics, heh, that's about it.

I find it hard to pick an all-time favorite game, so I'll go with the games I've been playing the most recently.

Just Cause 2, sometimes you can be repetitive. Rock Band 2, some of your songs aren't that good. Devil May Cry 3, your camera angles can be a pain sometimes.

Grim Fandango: Took me a while to hop on the creative thinking of Tim Schafer. That and some of the voice acting was less than par.

Portal: Too short.

Scratches: I think it could have been a lot better if it wasn't a point and click first-person-perspective. I would prefer something of a normal first-person game where everything flowed.

Hum.. can't really do much with my very favourites.. Suikoden II.. characters could have been ever so slightly stronger? Suikoden V.. plot could have been ever so slightly better to complement the awesome characterisation?

I guess I'll go with two not quite so favourites:
Grandia: Voice actors were.. endurable, but were still, comparatively speaking, really bad at times.

Granstream Saga: OMG all there are NO FACES!!

Oblivion- Don't force me to become a vampire!! I never said I wanted to.
And now I have to complete a broken, buggy, tedious quest to cure my vampirism?
Screw you.
But other than that, Oblivion was great.

I dont remember shit from MGS3.

So im gonna criticize Red Dead Redemption.

- The narrow font can be really hard to read when you're sitting far from the screen
- When you're hunting and you die, you start from the previous save and lose all your newly acquired items.
- Boars and snakes on a snowy mountain...?

Shadow of the Colossus: So, I either get rammed into a corner repeatedly by this bull without being able to move until my health is finally whittled away, or I start all the way from the last save shrine. Thanks.

The Longest Journey: I need a clamp, a string, and a blue inflatable duck to grab a key out of the bottom of a subway track? Keep your goddamn puzzle, game, I'm reading the guide.

Okami:
Make it more clear that are main character is female, i constantly would forget that she is a she sometimes in the game and some funny parts are lost becuase i forgot that, plus gives us more rewards for beating the new game plus besides the awesome skins, maybe weapons or spells or a new area.

FreeSpace 2: OH ___ WHY DID THAT COLOSSAL SHIP JUST JUMP RIGHT IN MY FACE WHAT THE ____ WHAT THE _____

Thief 2: So let me get this straight... I completed every objective in the level, yet have to backtrack the entire level filled with blackjacked guards and generally no threat to me whatsoever in order to find that one gold-clad object that's tucked away in some impossible to find place?

Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri: Oh, Morgan, Miriam, and Yang; why are you all so impossible to play as?

Deus Ex: I get that you can do anything in... your game, but who would want to use the combat shotgun? The Dragon's Tooth is a far more accurate and far more deadly close-range weapon. The plasma rifle? Sorry, it's just that the GEP gun can blow open doors and you can't. Oh, and why'd you feel the need to fit in every possible conspiracy theory you could think of into your story?

Super Smash Bros. Melee: Why is your entire multiplayer community comprised of skill___s who refuse to play as anyone other than Fox?

This doesn't cover all my favorites; just the ones I can criticize.

Baldur's Gate 2: It hasn't been released on PSP or something similar where graphics can be redone (reason being Atari has exclusive publishing rights for DnD games atm, but w/e)

The Longest Journey: The graphics are terrible, even by 2000 standards. The story ends far too abruptly, some of the puzzles make no sense whatsoever, and it's very easy to get stuck for ages.

I find it odd, that my favourite game (The Longest Journey) and what I deem the most perfect, or flawless game (Ocarina of Time) are two different things. I think I like TLJ because of its flaws, as well as its upsides.

Ooh, you love that game too?

My current game of 2010, so far!
Hah, I hear ya!

Hubilub bought it for me as a birthday present and I've got 50 hours played already.

It's only 30% done and the difficulty curve actually reverses direction. Like you start out at (0,0) and the line on the graph is a backslash.

I was looking at getting it or the original but the graphics turned me off. Should I reconsider?

OT: Donkey Kong Country: I HATE MINECARTS!! Who thought they were a good idea!

Men of War has bad voice acting.
Morrowind has poor combat.
Mount and Blade Warband tries like hell to piss me off with irrational and stupid game-happenings.

I love them all.
