It's something I REALLY wanna get into, but unfortunately, I dunno any ways to get into it. Theres no group round here that plays it or anything :(
I tried suggesting it to a few of the guys that I play M:TG with on a fairly regular basis, but they didn't really like the idea :(
This. I don't REALLY want to get into it, but I have had some interest in it after I saw the D&D episode of Penny Arcade TV. But, I don't know who plays and who does not, and I don't want to go around asking.

I ended up hitting "Roleplaying in [home town]". If that gets you wierd stuff, try D&D or Dungeons and Dragons. Like everything else in life, Google is your friend.

Assuming Fallouts 1 and 2 count, every now and again.
No they don't, and I can't see why you'd think that they would. They're neither Old School, Board Versions, or even D&D.
I play Lego Star Wars, if that counts.

I tried to play with my friends... They hate me when I do. I have too many ridiculous ideas.

Man, I play just about everything I can get my hands on. Started with 3.5, have gotten into 4E in a big, big way. Tried Pathfinder but haven't put any money down for it. Didn't really fix any of the problems I had with 3.x, just kind of treated some of the symptoms.

Also have New World of Darkness and the Werewolf, Mage and Changeling books for that, a ton of Exalted 2nd Edition stuff, Legend of the Five Rings and Legend of the Burning Sands, Call of Cthulhu, have had a lot of time with the Dragon Age RPG, still have my Iron Kingdoms books for the d20 system and the Saga Edition of the Star Wars RPG.

I just really like Pen & Paper role-playing games. Have also gotten the chance to play a space opera GURPS game, Traveller and the Serenity RPG (which I think is my favorite dedicated space RPG). Anima: Beyond Fantasy is a game I haven't had a chance to play, but I really want to.

Currently mid-hiatus running an Eberron 4E game, gonna start that back up when I get back to college in August. Also going to try to run a mixed-supernatural World of Darkness chronicle for a little bit as a nice diversion (mmm...urban fantasy).

For all of the people who were looking around for a game online, I wouldn't mind running a 4E PBP/PBE adventure. Just PM me.

Man, if you lived in Calgary, I'd invite you to my Anima campaign that's firing up in a week. But, i doubt you do...

Btw, sorry for necro-ing. Can you believe only one post on the entirety of the Escapist has Anima: Beyond Fantasy in it? scary

I play 3.5, and ONLY 3.5.

Anything else is for oldfags or newfags! D<

But seriously, been playing for the better part of a decade now...which is about half my life.
