I'm going to go ahead and say that my Daemon is myself.

I pretty much can't embody myself in any other way. I simply Am.

Darn. The good old search bar revealed this thread already made. Oh well, I can revive it.

OT: My Daemon would probably be a Lynx. I like Lynxes and they can be both cuddly and ferocious.

I would have picked a bird but then an image of a pigeon appeared in my head and I had to dismiss the idea. I liked the idea of airborne reconnaissance on your side but remembering how disgusting birds can be scared me away. Some birds aren't smart either.

I wouldn't mind having a Slaaneshi Daemonette keeping me company.

Technically not an animal (already a bona-fide daemon, however), but I can't really think of one that embodies lust, a covetous nature and self-indulgence in the same way. Constantly chasing the high, becoming perpetually more jaded and self-destructively chasing one pleasure to top the last*.

Her name? Sophia.

*Speaking of pleasures, I can assure you: she'd be one of them. Assuming you're allowed to do obscene things with your daemon, that is.
I see why you didn't choose the more revealing one XD

I'd have a Juggernaut Of Khorne

Except I'd ride it where ever I can. Nothing says "Don't fuck with me" like a Steed of Blood, Death and KILLING!!!!

It would probably be some kind of firebreathing dragon. And now we're not talking about those "benevolent" dragons of asian myth or those wise and downright civilized dragons from DnD.

Im talking the full blown, hatefilled and satanic creaures of medieval and christian myth who gleefully burn and destroy anything in their path.

This of course represent my lust for destruction and chaos along with my general burning hatred for mankind in general.

And according to the OP, the dragon would be a she (since im heterosexual). I'd call her "Mirror".

A raven. I'm more of a quiet observer who is usually alone.
This is hard. Took me awhile to think of an animal.

Hmm...indifferent, pops up at random times, pretty much eats anything, always surrounded by mexicans....I'd definitely have a goat :)
I really wanna read these books now.

EDIT: His name would be Benson.

What animal is a loner and overly aggressive when annoyed, but also protective?
As for a name? for anything, it would either Elizabeth or Mary.
I think a badger would do for you.

Oh God I love His Dark Materials, brilliant novels. Shame the movie was shit, if they put work and time into it they could've basically made another movie with the epicness of LOTR.

Anyway, a black panther that's extremely hard to see during the night and in shadows. Would mostly fight with a hit and run technique, escaping into the shadows as often as it could after attacking, outside combat it would be lazy as hell lying around all day just eating, sleeping and talking to me. It would also be quite suspicious of others, mostly as a contrast to my personality.

A tiger.

1.) It kicks ass.

2.) It kinda describes me in a way. Only the people I like get to...er..."keep me as their pet" which is the equivalent of being friends and such. If not however, then I'll just be eating you.

3.) It kicks ass.

A large owl, it would be all black except for the face and the inside of it's wings. And it would be kick ass.

It also describes me as I have been told that I have bookish way, piercing eyes, and the undenyable aura that I am plotting their ruin behind their backs.

I got no idea. I tend to get along with many animals, but not people. Ideally, I would like a cat, but im not sure if that would be the case.

Inspired by a particular post on the "If you could bring any fictional character to life..." thread.
And the preceeding one:

But that one's from 2008...how the Escapist has changed since then...

I'm gonna say a dingo. Proudly Australian, capable of being solitary, but much more capable within a pack.

Ok, lets see.

Fairly tall, not amazingly strong, dark hair, medium skin tone, dark eyes, lanky.
I am social, but only with a few, I like time alone as well, I am not particularly smart, strong, silent, or sneaky.
Really kind of a nobody, prone to depression, angry in general cuz I fuck everything up.
What animal is that?
Preference?
A Peregrine Falcon, fast, simple(they do one thing, but to perfection), and cool. But since its supposed to be like me, likely a cow or some shit.
