They should make a game shortly after Human Revolution where a genetic virus has been released which will erase the memories of everyone between the years 2053 and 2073, and it's up to you to stop it. The final choice for choosing to let the virus go through is a video montage with a character voice-over, and right before the credits start it says "Just be thankful you didn't pick the other ending." Then bam, everyone wakes up in 2073 wondering why they aged 20 years (or were born for that matter), not remembering a thing.
The other ending will be to stop the virus from circulating. Much like with Eliza at the end of HR, it will ask "Are you sure this is your choice?" but it will do it in a special way. If your mouse hovers over "Yes" for more than a millisecond a virus is uploaded to your computer which forces you to play Invisible War before your computer becomes fully functional again. If they don't kill themselves then they'll have to change their mind.
Bam, problem solved.
