Have you ever played a video game and faced a monster, a boss, or went in a level that creeped you out.
Share them, I'm going to make a top ten list of disturbing video game ....stuff

(You must say what game its from and how it bothered you, if its a zombie just state what makes it so creepy)

That drug trip level in Max Payne creeped me out. The entire game of Fatal Frame and Silent Hill 1. Bosses...hmm...probably the main monster dude in RE2, because he's so fast and hard to kill.

Edit: Also The Suffering, I completely forgot about this, so effed up my mind shut it out.

How about the entire 2nd half of Phantasmagoria? You could make an entire highlight reel from that game alone.

Alright, the end of the first FEAR.
You've just killed Fettel, and are now in a hallucination being pursued by Alma. All of a sudden, you're at the end of a hallway you've seen in a lot of your visions. On the other side of the half-glass door is the room in which you were born. You can see your birth happening (you don't actually see it, as the doctor is blocking it, but it's heavily implied). Suddenly, you see Alma walking towards the doctor. She touches him and blood sprays all over, covering the window. You turn around, and see Alma walking at you from the end of the hallway, occasionally teleporting some distance down the hall. You take out your pistol and take careful aim. You begin shooting her. If you take too long to kill her, she reaches you, touches you, and you insta-gib.You have multiple 17-round clips, but if you take the time to reload, you die. You have to shoot fairly fast and very accurately. If you manage to finish her before she kills you, she just disappears, and you get the epic reveal of Alma's true identity. The rest of the game is simply coming down from that climax, with the occasional vision of Alma and/or nightmare fight. That climax is pant-wetting though. You can see it here. I found the Meat Circus in Psychonauts pretty creepy. I was a vegetarian at the time I played through that level, too. It was cartoony, but it was disturbing as well. It might not be able to compete with other things on this thread though, sorry.

remember you have to say what was creepy what game its form and how it bothered you, it being hard doesn't make it creepy, it makes it annoying

Use the search bar.

The tentacles from Half-Life. A combination of their low pitched moaning and them banging against the metal floor.

OK, being more specific:

The scene you witness in a mirror when the psychotic husband is killing one of his wives by stuff awful things down a funnel into her mouth while she is strapped to a table.

A close second is some of the methods of death from the chair with the giant swinging axe blade.

This game gives me nightmares to this day. Why did my parents let me play it when i was only 10? WTF were they thinking?

Dr. Salvador's (chainsaw ganados) first appearance in RE4. When I was a child, my dad took my sister and I to a Halloween themed event at an amusement park where some guy dressed up like a monster with a chainsaw running and ran after people. I blocked it all out for over 10 years until that day when I first heard the chainsaw revving up on the other side of the thin wooden door.

That goddamn bear in Condemned 2 was frightening. I also have to give Bungie a hand for the second last level in Halo 3. Very claustrophobic, seems like you were invading a fungus zombie fortress that would be the general feeling.

Oh god, trust me, it's disturbing enough.

The only boss I've found disturbing of late is Typon, a boss from Rygar: The Legendary Adventure for the PS2.

It's basically a 5-headed stone dragon with screaming baby heads for faces. It's completely weird, and I sincerely wish I had a picture to show you. My description simply doesn't do it justice.
