Can't do back, can do ankle though. But yes, I crack all the joints I can crack frequently. cracking your knuckles does not do that. The only thing cracking your knuckles will do is give you a small loss in grip for a short period of time (minutes) where everything will then go back to normal afterconfernal said:Hell I've been through the mill so many times that if I move too fast it sounds like fire crakers...
