Yep, since I was about 4 or 5, numerous times a day, can't stop.....pop, pop, pop, snapple, crack, pop-poppity-pop...
To set the record straight, I have seen from numerous reliable sources - it is just air popping and is completely harmless. So crack away, friends!RetiarySword said:Yep. I heard its bad for you but I can never be bothered to find out what. I'll just get robot hands.
I know a friend who does the exact same thing.AC10 said:I crack my:

Same for me for the fingers, it's really just a habit at this point.needausername said:Can't do back, can do ankle though. But yes, I crack all the joints I can crack frequently. Although I would say the finger cracking has become more of a nervous tick, or something to do with my hands more then anything else...Flap Jack452 said:Yeah it's a rather bad habit. I also crack my neck and back excessively.
Not even, it's just air escaping.cas said:ya I do I can crack a lot of bones in my bodyit doesnt do anything bad its just fluid i read
This sounds exactly like me, and I get these red splodges on my knuckles sometimes when I crack them. It can't be good... Actually my "Cracking" have resulted in my joints becoming really mobile... Or weak. And now I can bow my fingers so far backover that others think it's disgusting. I'm trying to crack them less since it's not funny anymore, my fingers stoped hurting when I did it years ago and my toes only rarely hurts when cracked... And it's the pain that is all the fun! ;DKSarty said:knuckles

I crack all of them many times a day. When I wake up and crack all of them in succession it makes for quite a scene.
