Do you crack your knuckles alot?

I feel I should see a doctor because I can crack my:
Knuckles(both ways)

Ok, so I crack my knuckles too (loudly and proudly), but both ways? How?!
I cringe at the mental imagery.

I do my fingers all the time, but that's not really important. The following question is what's important.

Why the hell do people say that cracking your knuckles is bad for you? There's not even any scientific proof to support that.

I crack almost all of my joints regularly. It's one of my unconscious habits.

I've gotten it to the point that I'm able to crack my right hand by clenching it into a fist at any given time.
