I have once, to get out of some Business and Enterprise bullshit.

The most pointless "experience", EVER.

The idiots thing its good because they don't have to do anything, and those with even half a brain cell are bored shitless.

No.
I was accused of it, though. Mostly by my brother and sister.
They fake sick to get out of shit all the time, you see.
The idea that a person might really be ill is an entirely alien concept to them

When you're younger it feels bad to fool your parents like that. Then I ended up not doing what I wanted to do anyway.

I did when I was younger, now I'm in Sixth Form and I get to sign out of school without having to clear it with Matron first I put all sorts of wacky excuses: 'The cake is a lie', 'my fingernails are looking at me funny', 'need to go align my chakras' etc. Ms. Stieffel - the attendance officer - is awesome though, whenever I put down a stupid excuse she just marks it down as an excused absence. So basically if anyone ever checked the paper records instead of just relying on the digital ones they'd think I had been excused from school for ninja classes or because my aura needed cleansing.

Yeah, I'm awesome at faking ill and lying. I am/was a sickly child anyway so I can get away with it. I've been sent home/stayed off so many legit times it's unreal so...

If I really don't want to go then I won't though.

Considering how many people suddenly are healthy enough to attend certain days makes me believe the vast majority of people staying home just couldn't be bothered that day.

I did it a lot to be able to unwind from stressful periods. But then my mother tried to convince me I'm not supposed to enjoy being off school so it wasn't as relaxing anymore, leading to me doing it a lot more. Oh the irony.

Yes,I've done it, you do what you need to do. But it's not the best way to learn and that is the point of going to school. um right?

Usually not, my mom's pretty cool so I just ask "can I stay home" and she usually says "yes" as long as my grades are good.

No, I'm genuinely ill so much I can't afford to pretend.
Darn you, bad immune system and lack of some kind of enzyme! Darn you to heck!

Faked as in pretended? Once I downed six litres of Pepsi to make myself sick so I could duck out of a test...

I used to do it quite often, or at least stay off longer than necessary when I was sick. But now that there are actually things to learn I don't.
