I'm sure it's historically accurate that Templars lied about history and the Hashashin were fighting for peace against all the dirty war mongering religious people, yes.Clashero said:I dislike how any historical accuracy the game may have had (Hashshashin! Who's done a game about that before?) was thrown out the vitraux, Renaissance window.
Still, it looks graphically great, and I want to go on a halberd killing spree.
Well, the hashshashin weren't fighting for peace, really. Their leader (bin Sabbah) would tell his fidai (assassins) and dai (scribes and recruiters) that, but he and his inner circle knew it was about power. Also, they game's got the mythical "secret garden", it almost matched the assassins' clothes (they're actually rather accurate, except that they didn't wear hoods. They wore red or white turbants). They've really nailed bin Sabbah's "actions, not words nor prayer" attitude, too.AmrasCalmacil said:I'm sure it's historically accurate that Templars lied about history and the Hashashin were fighting for peace against all the dirty war mongering religious people, yes.Clashero said:I dislike how any historical accuracy the game may have had (Hashshashin! Besides, how many action games are there set in the Renaissance?
I loved the first game, warts 'n' all, so the sequel should be brilliant after it's used enough clearasil.
I thought they were talking about "Ace Combat" at first, then I realised that they were way past 2.Et3rnalLegend64 said:Damn you guys. "AC2" "AC1" "AC2"
I didn't know what you were talking about until the first guy that said Assassin's Creed. My current AC acronym is Armored Core, but they're definitely past the second game.
I still wish I could play the first game.....
