Not necessarily true many things were "just a fairytale" in doctor who and most other sci-fi shows. "OH my god it's real, i thought it was just a myth." sound familiar? Anyway we shall find out on saturday, however I highly doubt Gallifrey is inside the box. Even if it's bigger on the inside, a planet 3-4 times the size of Earth isn't getting out.

Anyone else think that the Doctor might be the one in the Pandorica and that the TARDIS exploding will be what caused the Big Bang? Some people are thinking that Omega might be the one in the Pandorica as well.... Thoughts?

Yeah, that's my thinking too. I mean the daleks, cybermen, zygons, slitheen, sycorax, weevils, etc. etc. are there because they are because of "the most feared being in all the cosmos" Only thing that I can think of that would scare all of them is the Doctor.

Gallifrey is presently: destroyed
and in the past: locked in the Time War

yeah but thats the thing they are trapped in the box from the time war!

The Time War is locked as in anything that existed in it is unreachable and after the relative period everything except the Doctor is gone. Destroyed.

As far as I know, the Pandorica is a concept they introduced just in this series, whereas Gallifrey being stuck in the time war has been around for longer and is established.

And for christ's sakes, they used Gallifrey coming back in the special episodes, they're not going to do it again right now!
