Maybe, they're actually still in the dream thing. The Dreamlord could have been the one demanding silence, which is why something isn't right about Amy, because it's all a dream, but they don't know it yet.Billygoat said:Maybe a stupid question but, if the Pandorica is a tale derived from Amy's memories of Pandora's Box, then how did the doctor hear of the fairytale of the Pandorica?
Sorry, still don't like River.Plinglebob said:How can you not like River? She's probably my favourite character in the new series after Matt Smiths Doctor and Donna Noble.Spaceman_Spiff said:Awesomeness personified. I actually liked Song in this episode.

The Valeyard is a manifestation of the Doctor, not the Doctor himselfSimriel said:Its the Valeyard. And that would be difficult as the Valeyard IS the Doctor.Knoxy said:My god that was unreal!! Seriously I knew Moffat was good, but that was... spectacular. I've only got two theories for how the next episode goes:
1. It was the doctor controlling the Tardis from within the Pandorica (In the future), the cracks in time let him escape and then there is day saving.. somehow.
2. It was the Valelord (I think that's how it's spelt) controlling the Tardis and they're all F***ed.
P.S Did anyone notice that the all important date (26th of June 2010) is next saturday, the day of the finale, good foreshadowing or what?

Couple of things fella: Firstly, they did everything short of paint "the Doctor's goes here" on the side of the Pandorica. Secondly, it's the season finale, which means you can guarantee that some (if not, in this case, all) of the Doctor's enemies will re-appear. Mid-season is the time for new enemies, so there is time to establish back-story, but final episodes are fit only for returning bad guys. Admittedly this assumption was made with knowledge of how TV dramas work rather than anything given away in the storyline, but the conclusion was still there to be reached.Chipperz said:>snip<
All I can see when I read this is that bit in Futurama when the guy gets hit by a car and wakes up in a casino that is actually a plane with a gremlin on the wing destroying it but noone will believe him because he's actually Hitler and Eva Braun can't talk because she takes off her face and she's a mutant fly! bender's response to the whole thing; "Saw it coming"*Grouchy Imp said:To be honest guys and gals, I saw all of that episode coming. Within the first ten minutes I'd outlined all the major plot points that turned up over the next forty (except the android romans), and wasn't proved wrong.
I hope they come up with something less obvious for the conclusion, because I was expecting a belter of a final episode, and so far it's kinda pedestrian.
No. I call bullshit. There is no WAY you guessed that all the Doctor's enemies from the last five series teamed up and made up the legend of the Pandorica to trick him into coming to Stonehenge so they could trap him under it. I'd believe you if you guessed that the thing that was meant to be in the Pandorica was the Doctor, because they've made that abundantly obvious throughout the series, but don't try to pull that crap that you saw all that coming in the first ten minutes, because that is clearly a lie.
*I couldn't find the clip on Youtube. Funny scene though.
At the risk of a low content post I will pad it out by first saying this and then my original post of:The_root_of_all_evil said:TimeLord said:What's wrong with Cpt Jack?Spoilers
Yeah, his 13th regeneration. Though It would have made sense as the Doctor has encountered the Valeyard before.TimeLord said:The Valeyard is a manifestation of the Doctor, not the Doctor himselfSimriel said:Its the Valeyard. That would be such an anti-climax, can't remember the last time I watched a film or tv show with "It was all a dream" and actually enjoyed it, well except "Amy's Choice" but that was different. Could be worse though, they could have the Doctor wake up as Tennant, go to the bathroom and find Rose in the shower.bobby1361 said:Maybe, they're actually still in the dream thing.
