I've played through it once. Yeah sure there's some issues but the fact I was lost in the world for 4 days and enjoyed (depends if you can call some events in the game *enjoyable*) every moment. Which means, to me the game was good (But not perfect. I don't think I ever played a perfect game. Actually, Magic & Mayhem would probably be my perfect game, shame it's now broken if you play it on OS dating past Windows '98).
I would play it again, but I'm reluctant because I don't want to go through the event of, erm, lets say, Purple Light again (I don't want to spoil). Lets just say my immersion perhaps went a bit too far...
Maybe if they add a really good nudity mod I'd play through it again for LOLS because I'm an immature man.
*edit* Adding alot more variety of maps/enviroments/levels/dungeons would have been welcomed. I got WoW syndrome when I entered my 5634th cave which had exactly the same geological formation as the previous 5633. Stuff like that does break immersion. Thinking back at Dragon Age Origins, I think every "place" was unique (except for the DLC, cheapos). Or atleast it was harder to notice, therefore they put in alot more effort.
It's just a shame because the world was pretty. It gave off a vibe of the Mediterranian and the music really helped. The music was the love child of Fable and Mass Effect = Epic. That's the thing which slightly saddens me. As brilliant as alot of Dragon Age 2 was, the bad sides of it felt unexcusable. Yes it counter balances so to me it's good overall, but if Bioware did the other things so great, how did they allow the bad things to exist?
