Most people who own a Xbox like action games like Halo and Gears of war, but Natal is for people who like minigames and Shovelware.
That may be the bext idea that I'be heard in about a month or so.Zeromaeus said:I will admit it'd be pretty cool if they made a Black and White 3 for Kinect...
All the reasons you just listed lol. You could only think of 3 good titles and even those suck ass! Dance Central - wii shovelware, Child of Eden - ok this will be awesome but would be better with a controller and Milo? Seriously? A dating sim with a 10 year old kid? I think Chris Hanson comes knocking at your door as soon as you buy this?HigherTomorrow said:I'd just like to say and discuss that the fact that everyone is writing Kinect off 5 months early, yet no one here has gotten a chance to play it. Everyone has the same argument about how:
'I'm not paying $150 for a controller.'
'The Kinect doesn't have quality launch titles.'
'Justin Bieber's advertising it!'
First of all, the $150 isn't set in stone, and Microsoft has tried to point this out numerous times. I have a hunch that they're going to be lowering the price, because if they read any gaming website ever, they'll have seen the large flowing of hate over the large price. Yes, $150 is a lot, but if they lower it, like they said it'd be, why complain about a placeholder price?
Second, while yes, a majority of the 16 launch titles look like rehashed Wii Shovelware, but the games Dance Central, Child of Eden, and Milo and Kate look promising. Granted, I hate dancing, and I have the weirdest feeling that a lot of people here hate dancing, but Dance Central looks like plain fun. Child of Eden looks amazing, and despite reports, Milo and Kate apparently has a November 4th release date, unless that's wrong, and the AI there looks amazing.
Quite a few of the upcoming games, like the Star Wars one, are good titles to look forward too.
Third, yeah, Justin Bieber's not your or my cup of tea, deal with it.
So why is everyone rejecting the peripheral before it comes out?
Nah, he's somewhat retired. Pedobear knocks on your door and asks if he can join in. Him or Shotacat... one of them. Maybe both, if you're lucky.LightspeedJack said:All the reasons you just listed lol. You could only think of 3 good titles and even those suck ass! Think of magic carpet with leaning to steer, forward or back to move in those directions, crounch to accelerate and gestures for spells. Sure it could get exhausting, bur it'd work, easily in fact.Dexiro said:I'm usually pretty good with game design, but i can't think of ANYTHING that could work well with Kinect other than minigames and on-rails.

I will definitely buy Kinect if they make a Black and White for it.Zeromaeus said:I will admit it'd be pretty cool if they made a Black and White 3 for Kinect...
