I don't care one bit.

All I know is that Serbian tourism sure can do with the spike in mad money from mad people flowing their way.

At least their money won't be wasted the next day... Serbia is a beautiful country.

Cool I get to use the GIF I did up.

You know.. This would make for a cool setting in a video game. You're in a rush against time to discover some buried alien ruins and then would have to figure out the controls. Kind of like the crystal key (in a way).

eh... What do they have to lose aside from time and some money?

I have to admit, I'm neurotic and paranoid enough that hearing such a prediction does rattle me a little bit.... But at the same time it's just as well, I'm paralyzed to stop it anyway so it's of little consequence.

I'm almost positive nothing will happen though. Chance of the apocalypse is less then 10% at least.
10%? The odds of there being an apocalypse on the 21st are the same as there being an apocalypse on any other day: practically zero. There is literally nothing happening this day that makes an apocalypse more likely.

Sorry, that's just something I've been wanting to get out of my system since I started hearing about this whole 2012 apocalypse thing.

Aye, can't but recommend it. To be honest, the whole ex-Yugocommieslavia region is wonderful. Except for that neverending commie highway where everything looks like the same fifty yards for 300 miles? Oh, and Bosnia also could do with some more 20th century bits. Must be the influence of communism, islam and poverty all rolled into one, though. The new mosque is flashy and bling...

I'm referencing Death Note.

also yeah it's dumb but... eh, gotta go with my gut. Gut says it's extremely fucking unlikely. Gut doesn't say impossible.

Personally, I'd love to see my lord and savior Quetzalcoatl in a grudge match with Jesus Christ and his army of Jewish zombies, but people have been predicting the end of the world since time began. In 100AD, Christians were sowing themselves into burial shrouds in preparation for the new year...

Watch out everyone, the Third Coming of the Badass Cherokee Llama is almost upon us! Repent thy sins!
Blew. My. Goddamned. Mind.

OT: Well, at least the hotel business has never been better there.

Try upgrading face palm to face desk. This may get you the satisfaction you are looking for. I know it worked for me.

these doomsdayers do know that if the world was going to end it should have happened, what, a year ago now? because the mayan calendar couldn't have accounted for the leap year which had not been invented at that time. These doomsdayers are making my head hurt with their stupidity.
Actually that's not the case.
Not that it matters, the world's not gonna end any time soon as far as I know.

What frustrates me is that people just didn't take into account the fact that the Mayans had to stop at some point. The fact that they went as far into the future as they did is amazing enough. Another thing is how eager people are about these things. You'd think all these people are eager for the world to end, i mean live a little, enjoy life and when the end comes the end comes. People should worry more about having a brain anurism on the 21st...its far more likely.

Oh...no, wait...

It's THEM who are trolling US. These people flock to auspicious locations and come up with apocalypse predictions left right and centre, and year after year we think they're idiots. They're waiting for us to realise that they will never run out of predictions! What a fool I've been...
