There are two things I'm hating so far, however minute they may be: quest markers not showing up (a gripe from the first game), and the fact that enemies keep going after my mages when I'm a two-hander warrior with a massive broadsword and heavy armor. But, it's whatever. I manage.
Outside the game, the rioters, if you will, saying why the game "sucks". People claiming that "the game feels like an anime" has gotten a rouse out of me a few times. Maybe it's because, oh... I don't know,
there are plenty of games made by western developers that include the same kind of jumps and flips and whatnot. Hell, fucking
comic book characters have been doing stuff like that for
decades.
Not to mention that as a bit of a martial artist, I find the previous claim insulting. Your rogue just did a butterfly kick (which is not hard to do in real life), now all of a sudden you're claiming that "the game feels like an anime" or "it's not realistic anymore". Yeah, like fighting giant spectral dragons and mindless, genocidal zombies is a routine part of balanced breakfast.
In short, stupid people making stupid statements about stupid shit.[/rant]

All of us who played DA:O are disappointed that they would take so many steps back from the first game.
Do not talk for me.
Seconded. I'm not sure about anyone else, but assuming I do or am supposed to have a certain mindset comes off as insulting.
And again, I dunno about anyone else, but I found the combat in DA:O its biggest flaw (if anyone wants reasons, I'll happily give them).
