Wrex's fat arse doesn't even fit behind cover... Grrr...

I agree with the Red Faction one, it's pretty irritating when the EDF are shooting at you, and then there are random Guerilla troops popping up, when you are already driving away from it all. And the fact that the EDF will run right past you when they are looking to get into cover... They just deserve a hammer to the cerebrum.
