In all seriousness, those people are scum. No, they're lower than scum, they're the stuff scum spits on. If that were happening in my neighborhood I would have messed them up so bad. I'm talking 4Chan style life-ruining including but not limited to: Their cars 'mysteriously' vanishing one night, them getting fired from their jobs and their house in flames as if by magic.

You approve of this?! Seriously?!
Your reply is poorly worded, allowance and approval carry two totally different implications. Allowance is neutral, approval is positive. For example, I do not believe in banning abortions, I do not however "approve" of abortions. Abortions are not a "good" thing but I'd rather not have women using coathangers or having horribly deformed babies or dying in childbirth.

Just like he'd rather not open the flood gates to America becoming China in terms of what you can and cannot say without being imprisoned.

Sometimes we have to bare the bad in order to protect the good.

Man, I loled so hard. That being said, I do not agree with what they are doing but I will say that it takes MASSIVE BALLS to be that big of a dick.

Also, sucks for the little girl, man. My cousin is about her age.

As much as we don't like it, there allowed to do it.
Yeah? Well they shouldn't be allowed to do it. Its dispicable. Speaking as a UK citizen, it seems you can justify doing or saying just about anything in america by hiding behind your constitution.

This just in: people are assholes.

More at 11.

Seriously, does it surprise anyone that there are depraved people anymore?
People are only suprised if it applies to kids.

But even then, you don't make fun of someone dieing, especially over a fucking bouncing castle. God, I hope they someone tells off those neighbors. And I can only give my sympathy to the girl.

The Constitution doesn't cover this. You'll need to look up article one to see the exact wording, but methinks that basically if what you're saying is slanderous, excessively vulgar, or purely to insult, free speech doesn't cover it. Even in the USA.

It's called the "Fighting Words" doctrine, and the SCOTUS is right now considering whether to apply it to the Westboro Baptist Church to put an end to their protests at military funerals.
