Context of jokes always variate between who is offended, who is amused, who is educated or not, who is pleasured by crudity or sofistication.

But in my thinking which tries to be analogous to the Bible's teachings, Sex is a wonderful thing but for simply the reason of "
Purity" is constrained to the wedded bed.

Sex jokes are crude and nasty. I feel they are usually sexist and women are treasures that should be charished and not used as items for the punchline of a joke. Sex is for the bedroom not potty talk with you "buddies"...

Im just kidding. I think joking about pokin hoes is great. Three woots for polin skanks and makin jokes about it later!

Thank you Captain Eloquent.
Any more obvious conclusions you'd like to share with us, or can I go ahead and say that I'm absolutely fine with dying a virgin?

As long as they don't end up vilifying women for having and enjoying sex.
It's not fair that chicks are sluts for having sex with upwards of ten guys a week, but dudes are awesome for it.
"Slut" is gender neutral.
For me.

Honestly, I don't care how much sex someone is having, as long as I don't have a romantic interest in them, and as long as they keep their "conquests" to themselves.

I know, I know. Most guys think telling the story of how they fucked sixty ladies in a week makes them awesome.
But it's not all that impressive when you factor in the amount of alcohol the aforementioned ladies had probably been drinking, and the low, low, very low standards everyone in "our" generation seems to have.

People who get all huffed up because of a sex joke probably aren't very fun people to be around anyway. Also, EVERYBODY has read Brave New World. No need for a half-page summary.
The former is true. Anyone who can't take a joke isn't worth talking to.
The latter is not.

Brave New World was a cautionary tale, because people aren't rolled off a production line exactly the same...
I'm sorry, you were saying? [http://img132.imageshack.us/img132/6484/308601126l1sikx8.jpg]
Oh, and let's not get into the chicks who all look exactly the same.
And I know it's not just America - Sweden apparently suffers from this as well.
hmmm, Captain Eloquent... i like that. Suit yourself I guess, its not like i give a flying f*ck about what you do with your life. I was just sayin

1) Please, there's no need to create such large quotes
2) Civility, it's a virtue. Costs you nothing to keep it.

Ah, yes...
Eloquent to the end, sir.

I suppose the point of my irriation was that I already knew I would die a virgin, and that is how I wanted it.
I will also never date.
It's just annoying to be told something I already know as if it's a bad thing, I suppose.
well I didnt mean it to be annoying, nor did i mean it to sound like a bad thing, so i suppose im sorry if it seems like that. I guess I am just not used to someone accepting that so surely.

Here is a good point: Will Society as a whole loosen(pun) up about sex? Will Society ever become more desentized about it, will it be more of a culturally acceptable thing to do ever in the future?

Please I want to hear your opinions!

Not to bring religion into this however this topic reminds me of a blog I stumbled upon a few weeks back where this girl - who yes was Christian - talked as if sex was one of the worst aspects of life people choose to partake in. She believed this so unquestionably she was comparing the recent downward society has undertaken in the last few years to people having sex and cheapening it, in addition to lobbying it as bad as taking drugs and partying; no she did not seem to mean getting completely bombed on a weekly basis. She sounded as if she thought partying on even a casual basis was to quote: "evil"

She eventually became to claim every time people took to one of these activities it was the devil (she never used Satan) declaring a victory and it was their (Christians) responsibility to encourage people to refrain from these endeavors, although not to shove their religion down anyone's throat.

It was amazing to read how someone of nineteen I believe, harbored such hatred for something she knew almost nothing about.

I'm not saying I want everybody to randomly have sex with everybody, I just think people should be way more comfortable with it.
I'd have to agree with you there, I'm really comfortable sexually. People who get all freaked out over sex jokes and can't even talk about the subject are annoying. But the kids who can making nothing BUT sex jokes can be annoying as well.
Well you summed up my thoughts pritty well on that.
