"I suppose that's fair, and most people only remember my Nordic predecesor. Shame about his passing, but I'll continue his legacy till my last breath."

'wonder if this is the dunmer he helped take out that shrine. Probably not, world isn't that small'

"I remember their destination was Valenwood, the name I don't quite recall however. And yes, I'm sure it was him. He even still spoke of his younger brother fondly."
''Ah, there you two are'' Joncis sits down across from the two of them with a bottle of Colovian Brandy, ''the others are coming into the city now, were either of you shooting arrows? any harder and you would have killed Bites-Her-Tail''

"A disease where you don't age...aren't you the lucky female?" Belkin said in a genuine tone, curious as to what would be said next.
IFS said:
"Hah, Dro'Araaj wishes he could bottle a disease like that! Imperial ladies would pay a fortune for that."

"Don't appear to age AND get mistaken for a vampire multiple times is really what all the ladies want. Go out to have a drink at an inn and wind up having some crazed man pin you to the bar top, holding a silver dagger at your throat is every woman's dream." She said then rolled her eyes.
"I was just being courteous, you didn't have to turn it into an attack against yourself....granny!" said Belkin, smirking to himself.

Urgal paused. At least this is something. Valenwood. There isn't a decision to take between heading off by myself or continuing through with the escort job as we're headed for Valenwood anyway. All these years and now definite news. It's a long shot, but I just might be able to find him. I need all the information that I can get from Anruin though.

"And the mercs he's with? Who are they? When did you last see them?"

Lloden roared with laughter. "You're that old bear's apprentice?" he laughed. "Ah, that old man was one of the craziest bastards I'd ever met. He ever tell you about the Hermaeus Mora shrine we took apart out in Skyrim? Ah, that was a good time."
He stopped laughing and peered at the bosmer. "The real question is, though, are you worth his name? He was a strong man, heart and body. Knew when to stay his axe and when to swing hard enough to shake the earth itself. A good man. A merciful man, when they could be redeemed. But never let one he knew to be irredeemable get away. Absolutely implacable."

"i was speaking from personal experience." Luna said normally. But then she put on a funny accent. "Don't make-a me angry, or i vill have to suck your blood! Bleh!" she said joking around, making the hand motions and crouching lower ontop of it.

The door of the tavern swung open, an enormous red-bearded Nord stumbled in, bumping his head on the frame due to his exaggerated stature. He was covered head to toe in dirt, muck, and blotches of dried blood. He held a lard battleaxe in one hand, a traveling bag in the other. He wore a fur cloak, and a strap of hide wrapped around his waist. He wore nothing else.

He dropped the weapon and pack, causing a loud clang and thud as he shuffled to the bar, collapsing on a seat at the counter.

He breathed heavily. His voice was deep, a rumbling growl.

"Water."

The mercs weren't the most honest folk, but they were strong. And that was maybe... a years ago now?"

Enthir turns to Luna ''don't worry, you're not a vampire, if you were this would be like a mace to, wherever'' he takes a piece of garlic hanging from one of the many houses and tosses it at Luna. She dodges it as it was making a beeline for her face.

"I did hide the bodies. Never really on magick or you'll look like a fool. I also don't care for hiding my actions at the moment, but I would love to know why you hired a damn daedra worshipper and a vampire!"

Belkin dropped his composure and laughed, and then joined in on the act, doing a stupidly heroic stance and doing his best over-the-top voice. "Away foul beast of Oblivion, or else I, Lord Belkin Delmonte Belucard, will smite thee and your army of a thousand dreaded souls with nary a scratch upon thee!" he replied.

Luna was laughing until the piece of garlic came flying at her. She quickly had to dodge it in a manner that didn't seem natural at all.
"Damn it, you know that i-!" she said but clamped down over her mouth with a hand quickly. She had said too much already.

What a coincidence. Never expected that old bear to pass his job on.
"Fair enough. We parted ways soon after that, unfortunately. I don't hunt things that go bump in the night without provocation." Lloden touched the scar on his chest through his chestpiece.

The barman placed a mug of water on the bar and stepped away hurriedly.

The large Nord grabbed the mug in his right, catching a half empty bottle of Colovian Brandy in his left.

He turned his head slightly, shifting his eyes to see a small Breton, nearly half his size. By his garb he looked to be a mage. The mage. The very mage he had been trying to catch up with.

"Aye." He took down the water and brandy in two great swigs, some of it running down his messy beard. He payed it no mind. He dropped the bottle and mug at the bar.

"I'm late." He turned his body more, to get a full look at the Breton.

"Bandits."

''Hey it wasn't me it was Enthir who hired everybody!'' Joncis took a look around, now Urgal, the unnamed nord and Lloden knew Luna's secret as well as Anruin, that brings the count up to 7 out of 14 in the space of about a day. ''And Bites-Her-Tail is a psychopath, her worshipping Clavicus Vile or Sheogorath should be the least of your concerns'' He went up to the counter, ordered 5 more brandies, gave the wench some gold and sat back down, ''If you want my opinion, Luna is a trained killer and excellent in Stealth, she even has her 'condition' under control so that's a plus, she's an asset, Bitey is the polar opposite, you saw how she tore open that troll, and she ENJOYED IT, when we get between a rock and a hard place she'll be like a hot knife through butter ''

'Is poisoned by Garlic and can move like quickly cause you really ARE a Vampire?' he thought to himself. Yeah, that point was fun, but...it still didn't dampen that train of thought in his head.

Lloden glanced up at the hulking brute. Considering the others we have in this little fellowship, I expect that he's the nord Enthir and Joncis were talking about. [\i] "Oi! Hairy! Care to join us for a drink? I suspect we'll be travelling together soon enough." Lloden studied the man. Tall. Too tall. A wildman, obviously. His arms were thick as tree trunks, and his ax was too large for any normal man to wield easily.
