I'm interested to see if Bites-Her-Tail gets in. She's not exactly... stable, so the best thing she can provide for the group is defense against enemies. That being said, she's very good defense to have. If a bit messy.

And I believe writing her dialog is going to be fun as well.
I hope she gets in just for the name. I love Argonian names, I just can't ever think of any good ones.

Yeah, I'm not that good with such names myself. It was easy for her because I knew to go with something a bit silly (like the Shivering Isles NPC Runs-In-Circles).

I... Don't actually remember her XD then again, I haven't really played Oblivion in ages, got New Vegas and Skyrim to play with at the moment.

I never encountered her myself, but I've seen videos of her. She'd ask you for shoes, I think (or possibly apples), and when/if you said no she'd start running in circles going "ninininini."

Shivering Isles is a strange place.

Yeah, I went and read the wiki on her XD

I loved the Shivering Isles, so much crazy shit to do. Well, that and Dawn/Duskfang was an epic sword.

You should have quoted me, so I could see you asked me that
I don't know why it doesn't, I don't really mind too much though, it still fulfills it's purpose.

Well, it's a female, and an Argonian, I'm pretty sure you should be alright

That does not bode well for me considering.

Alright, let me roll out a character.

Name: Dresden Flame-Soul

Race: Dunmer

Appearance: Has a light grey skin tone, similar to soot, with a close cropped head of auburn hair, and is around 6 foot 2 inches, slender, yet well toned in build, with somewhat rounder facial features than the average elf. There some scarring of the left of his left eye due to a somewhat mundane child hood accident of falling off a young, small silt strider.

Equipment: He wears glass armour that is enchanted to boost his magicka, with the gauntlets being the only exception, as they are enchanted to boost his unarmed strength. Dresden's main weapon is a heavy amount of destruction magic, particularly flame spells, but can also use shock or frost if necessary, though he isn't nearly as proficient with them. He has an amulet for disease immunity, and a ring to help with magicka. Finally, Dresden carries an Elven dagger as a back up, with it being enchanted to soul trap enemies.

History: Dresden was raised by a Nordic family in Windhelm, the city of Ysgramor which rests in the province of Skyrim, after his parents, who had moved from Morrowind to Skyrim after a dispute with their relatives, were killed by a plague when he was only 2 years old. His new family had been some of the only hospitable neighbors to his parents, and raised him as one of their own, despite their races having a long history filled with animosity to each other. He was instilled with the traditional value of martial prowess, but still was entranced by the power of magic.

]He learned both enchanting and destruction magic from a reclusive mage in Windhelm, Troxus, an Imperial with a long history of magical feats, including having accidently performed a polymorph spell on a High King of Skyrim several decades ago, only avoiding execution due to the king finding his experience as a horker an entertaining experience, mostly for being able to frighten the tedious politicians for a few minutes.. Dresden learned from him for several years, before venturing out into Skyrim for adventure at the young age of 19, making sure to visit hi parents in between dodging vicious wild life, bandits, and merchant prices.

Sorry if I got a bit too ridiculous at the end, and if there's any glaring mistakes with my character, please let me know.

How so? It's not like you're the 5th Breton Male
I never expected Bretons to be so popular.

And I honestly can't deduce why they are so.
Seems like Dunmer are the new things. I get the feeling I'm going to be the only Bosmer :|

If I end up bringing my Temptress along, she's also a Bosmer. I named her Lola :D

Well, if I end up getting accepted may roll up a couple of my Khajit characters from older RP's, one of which has a bosmer buddy.

Nothing says "Behave or DIE" like an elephant sized Tiger with an IQ to shame most Altmer.

EDIT: okay, now I'm just starting to sound rediculous xP

People keep in mind that we're not aiming for a perfect 50/50 split on genders, we're looking for the best ones, though I'm certain not every Dunmer and Breton will be in it, we'd still aim for for at least one of most races, (so the wood elf is in unless someone comes along with a better one, and due to sheer size probably 2 or 3 bretons will make the cut).

nice character sheet, no glaring plot holes I can see (except maybe the whole redguard mage thing, best change him to another human race) and if all goes well in the RP we might EVENTUALLY make it to Morrowind the all the dark elves and argonians would make an interesting dynamic.

So far the only race I haven't seen anyone roll up is altmer. Have you decided on an exact size for the group yet?

In the OP I said between 5 to 12, but now that I've seen all the responses it'll probably be at around a dozen (assuming everyone can get together on time).

To be fair, Altmer are all douche bags. Name one good guy that wasn't the player character.
