Skyrim would be really cool. Bruma had to be my favorite town in Oblivion, which was apparently influenced by Skyrim culture.

there was an article going around on the web mentioning a rumor of tes5 and that it would be in skyrim
Figures Bethesda would slink out of trying to put effort into the next TES title. Probably going to have half as much content as Fallout 3 as well. Oh well. There's always the community to fix their games, like always.

The whole damn world, ok thank you. bye....

If thats not possible, I like that they have already have a copywrite for Skyrim.

Seriously though, what are they going to do thats going to top Oblivion with all the great mod's available?

Seriously I think vanilla Oblivion is one of the most overated games of all time. But with mod's like Fcom and deadly reflexes it really does become an awesome game deserving of the 9+ scores.

I don't care WHERE it is as long as they move back towards a more Morrowind-like gameplay and improve the magic system.

Hopefully more than one place. Bethesda have shown what they can do with DLC in the past.

From what i remembered from Morrowind, was the horror of the crappy way they walked, personally I'm tired of Morrowind, if they provided the whole world, which would surely take quite a few years of developing, I'd play that.

I think it should allow you to go all over Tamriel through the main quest line like instead of a threat in just one area (like in previous elder scrolls) all of Tamriel is in danger and you must travel everywhere to save it.

Many says whole of Tamriel, do you realise how HUGE Tamriel is? It will take the devs an eternity to build it if you want it to be good and detailed.

Bethesda have an amazing ability to make interesting worlds, if you remember the Shivering Isles. They only need to work on the level of interaction and immersion.

all of you guys who are saying that they should make all the provinces in 1 game need to stop. ya that would be amazing, if they could do it. it would take way longer than 2-4 years to make it. they wouldnt be able to make it on the newest system because they would start and new systems would come out while they were making it. they couldnt because the disks dont have enough room, (they barely have enough room for the games right now, and thats just one province.) it wouldnt have nearly as much story. bethesda would make way less money because its all in one game. and there wouldnt be anymore after that because they did everything and went everywhere already. the games are already some of the biggest games and longest. so it would be very difficult to make them 10x bigger.

bethesda only goes to one province at a time because they want you to really explore, learn everything and read every book well maybe not every book. they want you to see how theres story everywhere, even in the caves theres story. (you see a couple of dead bodies loot them find a journal or a piece of paper explaining what had happened.) they want you to fully enjoy the game and have as much free will as possible.

i agree mostly, macozu hazume, if they stop making deadric princes the focus of the game then they wouldnt be elder scroll games anymore. and what would be the focus of the game if it isnt them? thats there story which is the best thing in an rpg.

I definately say Skyrim because I always play Nord... So that would be awesome... I am however very curious to explore Hammerfell (think that's where the Redguards live) or Elsweyr.
