Embarrassing gaming-related facts about yourself (occasional spoilers?)

I've never enjoyed a single Mario game or its spin-offs (including Mariokart). I don't know why I'm embarrassed to say this, actually. I usually like platformers, but those games just suck horrendously, imo.

I guess I might be embarrassed because Mario is something you aren't supposed to directly think sucks, but I just do.

I could not beat the water temple without a friends help. Turned out it was something easy, i missed a stone block that you had to push somehow...

Oh yeah? I couldn't get through jabu Jabu's belly the first time without help! (I got stuck in a room with a tentacle before I got the boomerang, whoops)

BTW, I believe I recognize your avatar but I can't quite place it, would you mind telling me what it is? ^^;

Touche, Whesker is a bit of a fitty, but if I had to choose in the "i'm totally OK with my heterosexually" attraction to male RE characters, I'm gonna have to choose HUNK, the whole gimp mask adds an air of "je nes sais quoi!"

I still like Pokemon. A lot. I know it's not considered that weird here, but most people I know would think I haven't mentally aged past 8 or something.

I used to be terrified of Chain Chomp.

Again, I'm playing Platinum version right now, but I'd also like to add that I was scared of the music in Lavender Town in R/B/Y. Like, deathly afraid.

I thought that i was the only one who was scared of that too.
My thing is that i have never beat the elite four in pokemon Red/Blue/Yellow but have beat the others easily

Incidentally, I make characters in Soul Calibur 4 that have no clothes on, and I used the nude mods in Oblivion. >.>

Typing the message...with my right hand. "L=A" turns pokemon into a nearly one-handed game. Unless you want to cancel, use the item assigned to Y, use the touch screen, or open the menu. Which is a lot, but doesn't matter if you don't make mistakes that need canceling.

I've never beaten a final Fantasy game, My favorite franchise of videogames. I've gotten to the end boss in 1,2,4,5, and 6, but it always handed me my ass.

In mass effect, on my fourth playthrough, I got my intimidate skill to the maximum and convinced saren to kill himself. I peed a little. Seriously.

After playing Saints Row 2 for a while, I saw a mercedes-benz and really considered stealing it.

I was scared shitless of the fifth boss in the first Spyro game. He was like this Jack-in a-box type guy who jumped from platform to platform and had a face that made pennywise look like Marilyn Monroe.

Alright this therapy session is over for me

I call myself a Zelda fan when I haven't completed the first game.

I have bought just about every Pokemon game and completed all of them at least twice (emphasis on 'at least').

And the worst of all:

I don't think I have completed a Zelda game without the help of a guide.

In any game I shiver when theres fish biting my character or something similar.. I guess I have a fish-biting phobia.. o.o and that in Roleplaying games I tend to say stuff that I find hilarious out of the blue in character, pissing some people off but laughing to myself.

We're out of cigarettes...Sorry. I actually owned every version of every pokemon games. Each game using a different starter for a different experience. So, when Diamond and Pearl came out, I bought Diamond, and then bought Pearl a few days later. I actually had one Gold, TWO silvers, and 2 crystal versions for that generation.

I was really considering buying a 350$ mint copy of earthbound for snes.

I have a great boxed collection of Snes games.

Ended up with a 290 hour save in Pokemon Pearl this summer because I couldn't walk or play my 360.

I recently bought a 90 pound old Sony Tele just to play old consoles.

I wish Final Fantasy games had subtitles because they are pretty much all different stories.

I've been slowly replaying the series since Christmas and I'm currently on the third game. I take my time, and mix in other games. And I borrowed AJ from a friend and can't find it anywhere...
