Mate, ED is not a serious place. It's racism for racisms sake, they do it for laughs rather than out of hatred. Yeah, it offends a lot of people, but it can't be shut down. To be fair, the people it offends just tend not to browse it.

It's not so bad, everything it says is either contradicted by itself or ridiculous enough that no one will take it seriously.
Besides, it insults every single demographic in roughly equal quantities-Black white male female gay straight up down demigod demidemon- you can't really be offended by something as forced as that, just like you can't get too angry at a guy hitting you with some grenade shrapnel, after you open and jump into his previously sealed grenade party room.
I don't condone anything said on the site, but I don't despise it (the site, that is), because there is no real hate behind it.

I've been going there for about 2-3 years now just for the "laughs" (lulz). Its funny which things are spared from being trashed and which things are being treated "fairly" as in completely torn apart by the writing contributors. Many of you may be surprised how self-aware the contributors are, in fact some articles are dedicated to being professional in nature:

It's a wonderful website with a complicated mission to document internet culture and not take anything seriously (except legal activities).

Fun Fact: renown hackers defend the website from the constant amount of people trying to take it down. They often update the article on people they "knew" were behind the latest attempt to take down the website or mass-delete articles.
