I'd say that's pretty much a win on our part, let me tell you, especially considering the context of what you're talking about.

Then if you feel that way, why did you even join up in the first place? And no, I didn't think you were going to insult Dangit, go for it, you wouldn't be outright banned for something that mundane.
But if you were afraid you go from zero to eight in one post, it clearly had explicit sexual content, and considering what you were talking about and the way you phrased your response to him it's pretty clear you were going to try and talk about something wildly inappropriate. Thus I don't need to read it because you self-censored, which is a win.

See, Some people within the fandom are fans of drawing cartoons win which cartoon ponies are being fucked. Each to their own, but I find that a little bit creepy. Even if I do not agree with current laws, this film could lead to some parts of the fandom drawing, and sharing, pictures of people fucking little cartoon girl-pony-things. Which, as Australia just showed, is enough to slap a criminal sentence on you.

So there is that.

As for that trailer? I found it hard to watch. Actually punishing to watch. Man, Pony shit just confuses me. Really.

I'm mostly just baffled by why bronies aren't going gaga over this.

I mean, they are drawing plenty of humanised pony art themselves, and a side-plot with a parallel universe seeems exactly the kind of thing that the nerdier fans of CONTINUITY and WORLDBUILDING would want. Many of them also seem to be anime otaku as well, judging by many of the crossovers, so a high school girls' setting should also be home field for them.

Or maybe there is also an inner cult of pony purists who literally HATE HUMANS, and everything that has humanoids in it?

I cannot speak for others but I do believe that it is the art style of the characters that put people off of the show.

Hell, I am afraid of watching the trailer because it would mean having to listen to words come out of the mouths of those technicoloured sticks they laughably call human beings.

OP: At this point I doubt that even ending the series entirely will do much to stop the Brony community. At this point the content created by the fans have started to play off of each other and become self sufficient such as what's happening with the unlikely world of Fallout: Equestria and that one story which has Celestia conquering all of mankind and turning them into ponies.

There are an infinite amount of parallel universes where everything from the Smurfs to Warhammer 40k are reality. We just got stuck with the one that has a show about cartoon ponies enthralling the internet.

I dunno, I do not really want to insult Bronies. Mostly its harmless. And I know I am not really in a position to judge, what with having never watched the show (Please do not try and tell me to watch the show. I know, I have heard, and my entire statement had nothing to do with the quality. Seriously, I have never watched, get bored of being told to watch and will never watch it. But I have heard its enjoyable, and that is fine. I was just pointing out that if people draw images of little girls getting fucked there is a chance of legal proceedings and that small parts of the fandom, honestly the creepiest parts which chances are would not be missed, would get arrested, even if I disagree with the laws surrounding that shit, whatever.

Let me make this doubly clear: I have nothing against Bronies. I just do not like some of the creepy shit your community produces. That holds true for most communities and I do not tar you with the same brush. At no point have I attacked the plot lines or the art style, or said it is particularly girl. I find it weird. That is all. Then again, I find some A Song of Ice and Fire fans weird because the sex scenes in those books revolted me, eventually, to the point where I could not finish the book.

As I said a bit earlier, the plotlines of most episodes aren't "typical girl's stuff" by any measure.

Then I'm not sure what the other guy meant by "typical girl's stuff", because if this is about plotlines, the new trailer doesn't delve into them very much, beyond friendship being magic.

I was talking about the plotlines of the FiM show not being girly. I know nothing about the amount of girlishness in Equestria Girls except from what I've seen in the trailer, which isn't much.

That looked sooo shit, I mean more shit than the last 1.5 seasons. The only upside I can see is that the animation does not look as bad as I thought it would and the art looks better than in the promotional images. Will not watching though as season 3 was a piece o' shit.

I was about to get mad when I remembered it's a show for young girls and has always been designed as such. When they make Game of Thrones set in a high school call me... no actually do call me that sounds so bad it's good.

Edit: as Brony rage sometimes puts religious extremists to shame, I will add that It's OK that you watch it, but do so under the guise that this was never designed with you in mind and any enjoyment of it you get is more by mistake than intention. This show is designed for young girls and might prove to be a hit with them. Also something crap being made with something good doesn't make the first thing any worse, See Sonic Underground and that terrible sonic cartoon from the same time.
