The ending of Metro2033. Seriously might be the stupidest ending to a video game I've seen in years. Also Borderlands was a big let down, they probably did it that way for a sequel though..

I also got the ranger ending. I read about the other one and it sounded even stupider than the ranger ending if that is even possible. Also i read a quick guide on how to get the enlightened ending and it sounded about as confusing and idiotic as the actual game.
the sims, i mean seriously, all my guys died when they got to a certain age and there was nothing i could do about it! soo unfair!!!
*ahem* that randomness aside im gonna go with pretty much every ending to S.T.A.L.K.E.R your choices are see the end of the world or get killed or god knows what in a variety of ways.... or get plugged into the matrix.... or turn the zone in the happiest field on earth like something out of a kids cartoon... after such an amazingly dark and atmospheric game all of that was a kick to the head.
Seriously, probably Super Mario 1...one screen of victory, and a "get back to work" from the princess? I know it was groundbreaking, and it was a huge step up from my Atari, but I still felt that a game that epic (for its time, obviously) had such a crap ending. It hurt.
Many Studio Ghibli films. Princess Mononoke "Thanks dude, you live there, ill live here, screw your previous family, laters." and dont even get me started on Norsica... she turns out to be the hero... and instead of fighting they just stare gormlessly at her then walk off... whoopiee.
Neon Genesis Evangelion was a bit... odd but I could live with it. A weird ending to a weird series was kind of easy to predict.
As for pissing me off, Star Ocean: Till the end of time was for sure one of them. Dragon Age: Origins was another.
I'd start thinking of movies right now, but I am certain that that list would become a little... too long.

Fallout 3 without the Broken Steel DLC. That was about the most contrived, retarded way to end a game I've ever encountered.
Maybe it's just me in that, fundamentally, I don't buy into that whole "sacrifice is heroic" school of bullshit, but the my choices at that point should have included more than the martyr and coward options, and they shouldn't have had to release a DLC to fix it; it should have been common sense that that's simply not how you end a game.
Well let me start you of on the flicks.
AVATAR dO YOU KNOW WHY THEY UT IT OFF THEN? Because the human ships came back after a month and nuked the lot of them in the name of needing the mineral for "the greater good of mankind" and then started diggiing it up from under their irradiated corpses, and somebody tells me they are working on a sequel to that pile of crap please tell me they have gotten avatar confused with the last airbender
most of the endings endings in the Dexter's Lab episodes.
They keep ending many of these episodes to where there's no continuity, like the show has confidence issues with proceeding forward.
The only show I ever forgave for ending episodes that way was Courage The Cowardly Dog, mainly because it only goes that way with the character Eustance, who deserves about 99% of the misfortunes he goes through. sorry if that's going off-topic.

Right now I'll say Mass Effect 2, not because it was bad or because I didn't get it, but because:
I really was expecting to continue the relationship between my Shep and Kaidan. Was really disappointed w/ how the encounter went. Damn you for teasing me BioWare! There better be an epic romance continuation in Mass Effect 3!
when i had to sit threw the movie "Wickerman" it just ended,no warning at all the guy burns to death an-*end* i mean WTF!?!? not even a warning...
the ending to KOTOR2 for the dark side was AWFUL! didnt even bother with the light side...
the ending to Super Mario Sunshine kind of pissed me off too,it could have ended on a sad note,FLUUD was gone cry cry the end, when i first played it i got a tear in my eye then all of a sudden *BAM* out of nowhere FLUUD is ok like wtf? its like they pulled it out of their ass.
and now just recently replayed LoZ:OoT and i just noticed its a big time loop! defeating someone in the future does not defeat ones self in the past its, complete illogical! its a huge plot hole that no one at Nintendo noticed! how? its HUGE! all that stuff Link did in the future was for nothing cause he went back in time in the end! at the time when it was new and i first got it i thought it was a awesome story! now that im older i still think its a great game but the story is still good except for the fact half of its face is blown off...
i guess thats it...wow i feel a little better about all those endings now...only a very little like .00000001% more....
The ending to the manga Uzumaki (this crazy ass horror manga that is apparently pretty creepy), It doesn't confuse me, it just pisses me off that the main girl had the chance to get out while she could..
I can't find any good links to it or I'd link a site you can read it on...
