Dragon Age 2 is less boring than the first and Mass Effect 3 is a good game.

I'm such a rebel.

If I remember correctly, the game explicitly tells you to be unpredictable. Why? Because Ghirahim can't move his hand fast enough. Line up your sword like you are going to attack from one angle, then move your hand, and attack from another direction. You can also use shield bash for distraction, or skyward strike for a few cheap shots. Here, pay attention to the first seconds:

It's pretty easy when you're not slashing blindly. I'm not saying that to annoy you, trust me, it really is. I was confused at first, but then I get it.

I have never played, nor do I have any inclination to ever play any of the Solid Snake games. I hate stealth - I think I just lack patience.

I don't like Majora's Mask, despite playing every other Zelda game to death and back (with obvious exceptions). I don't think I've ever lasted long enough to get un-Deku'd, the whole 3 days then rewind thing just really turned me off the game.

I play games for the story, rather than the challenge, so I tend to cheat like crazy. Wouldn't dream of starting New Vegas without the Debug Megapistol, for example.

I think Half Life 2 deserves it's praise.

Bioshock Infinite maybe not so much, but I loved it.

I prefer slow FPSes to fast ones.

I was borrowing the game (including the Wii Motion Plus) from my friend, I returned it to him a while ago after giving up on that guy.

I wasn't liking the direction the game had taken anyway. It was cool, but it wasn't Legend of Zelda.

-I played 20 minutes of Mass Effect 1 and couldn't stand it. I had to turn it off.
-I couldn't tolerate the ridiculously low framerate in Shadow of the Colossus and thus never defeated the first colossus.
-Modern Warfare 2 is one of my favourite games of all time (for the multiplayer).
-I love Bioshock 2 as much as Bioshock 1.
-I can't beat Metroid Prime without a guide.

That's really strange, I had the same experience. I played ME for roughly half an hour when I first got it, hated it, and stopped playing for about two years. I only started it again when ME3 was coming out, and thought "may as well give it another try". I tried again and really liked it this time around.

http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/9.821571-Pocket-Pussies-An-RPG-Adventure-for-iOS-Android-Mobile-PC

Anyway, some other confessions I have.

-I have so many games on my Steam,Desura,Gog accounts but I never have time to play them.
-I have the physical copies of Dragon Age Complete Edition, Mass Effect 2, Bioshock & Elder Scrolls Oblivion Bundle,The Witcher Limited Edition, Vanquish and Enslave..............and I never open them!!!
-The recent Silent Hill and Resident Evil games suck major balls in comparison with Saya no Uta!!!!
-I love more the Visual Novels than other type of videogames.
-Diablo 3 is a fun game, but no perfect. A Perfect game is Path of Exile.
-I put in my Listal Lists Eroge/Visual Novels games I played.......because they are actually good!!! [Like Saya no Uta]
-I prefer the old Counter-strike than the new one!!!!
-The Call of Duty series DON'T SUCK!!!!!! The old games of the series are very good!!!!!
-I love Quake series than Half-Life series.

I think that enough for today..........*go to take a hot shower*

I've been meaning to go back to it someday. I'll give it another shot.

I love Dragon Age 2 as much as I love Dragon Age Origins, I find some aspects of Dragon Age 2 a lot more interesting, and have played through it a lot more times than I have Dragon Age Origins.

I have not completed Shadow of the Colossus, I do own it, it is on my to do list, I just haven't gotten round to it yet.

I friggin hate Chie from Persona 4. She is whiny, noisy, very rude and incredibly annoying. She is what is making me leave the game alone. I haven't gotten far in t, only half an hour, I don't want to go further, Chie is just too damn annoying to handle.

I don't like Morrowind very much, I find it a bit tedious at times and quite boring.

In my opinion Spec Ops The Line is overated and just overall crappy in story and gameplay. For all the claims of "Oh it was incredibly emotional and made me think on myself and my actions" I thought it rather obviously pointed out everything and didn't make me think at all. It was also rather tedious and predictable.

I think Fallout 3 is a lot better than Fallout New Vegas.

I think Kingdom Hearts 300 and something days was awful. The same for Birth By Sleep. I haven't played Dream Drop Distance because I'm tired of having to buy a new console just to play kingdom hearts games. Ok that one was more of a personal rant against Kingdom Hearts, I just wanted Kingdom Hearts 3! I didn't want all this stuff inbetween!

Welp time for my secrets to be revealed, and for me to put up a flame shield:

[li]Final Fantasy XII is my favorite Final Fantasy game and I think that VII is average at best[/li]
[li]Ocarina of Time is decent, but Majora's Mask, Wind Waker, and Twilight Princess are better I think[/li]
[li]Sonic Adventure 2 Battle is not the best Sonic game ever, and in fact it has aged quite badly[/li]
[li]I played Sunshine before Mario 64 and loved it more than 64[/li]
[li]I have played Half-Life 2 Episode 2 and honestly thought it was meh[/li]
[li]I am a console gamer at heart, but I dabble in PC only a little bit[/li]
[li]FPS games and I don't get along too well, in fact I'm not a fan of many FPS games at all[/li]
[li]I played Mass Effect 1 and 2 and didn't like them[/li]

So yeah, just gonna put up my flame shield and crawl away now. :p

This is one of those times where I have several controversial opinions, but none come to mind whenever I'm directly asked.

I think every Bioshock title is boring.

I didn't have a problem with the Mass Effect 3 endings.

I love Dragonball Z: The Legacy of Goku.

The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker is my second favorite console Zelda, behind Majora's Mask.

The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past is my least favorite handheld Zelda, barring the DS titles(which I thoroughly hate).

I love Sonic Heroes and Shadow the Hedgehog.

I actually prefer 3D Sonic titles over 2D Sonic titles.

I love Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning.

I thoroughly dislike The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.

Final Fantasy VII is my least favorite title. Final Fantasy X and XII are my two favorites.

I believe Cloud killed Aerith, not Sephiroth.

I'm sure there are more but I won't think of those until later, after I've hit the post button.

- Games I don't like: Super Mario 64, any Donkey Kong Country, any Star Fox, any Smash Bros, any Baldur's Gate.
- To my tastes, the Dreamcast has a poor games library.
- Besides building stuff, I don't like anything in Minecraft.
- I rather like the lightheartedness of Final Fantasy X-2.
- I don't think FFVIII is nearly as bad as some claim it is.
- I consider Sonic Adventure 1 and 2 part of the dark age of Sonic games.
- Mods and indie games are the only things that matter to me where PC gaming shows definite superiority.

I wouldn't call them secrets, but they are things that I don't generally get a lot of good praise for. :p

I never played Mass Effect 3 and I have lost all interest in replaying the series after the whole ending controversy. It's not the ending that makes the game unappealing, though. It's just everything else about the game that does that for me. :/

I think Fallout 3 is better than Fallout New Vegas. Oh, don't get me wrong, New Vegas had a better story, better characters, fantastic companions, and was much more caring of the established lore than Fallout 3 ever did, but I had so much more fun and fond memories of playing Fallout 3. The world [small](by which I mean the map)[/small] was much more well designed and detailed that I explored it so many times that I practically memorized it by heart! New Vegas's world felt incomplete and kind of way too barren, especially for a world that's supposed to be more populated. I have more criticisms, but I've had this argument so many goddam times that I'm just so goddam tired of fighting over it. That said, I know that Obsidian's development time had been cut drastically, so I've been a lot less critical than I was in the past. Still, I find Fallout 3 to be the superior of the two.

Alpha protocol is one of my favorite RPGs of all time

I have beaten vampire the masquerade bloodlines at least 10 times, with another 2 more at the years end

.... When I was 14 I somehow got my hands on the bible black game and played it for 2 weeks straight trying to find the one good ending after seeing all the evil ones.
If you don't know what bible black is don't look it up and if you do I am not to be held responsible
I think I got the "good" ending within my first few playthroughs... at least for the endings I remember I would consider it the good ending for that game... It was one fucked up VN and had alot of stuff I really don't like, yet I still have it on my external hard drive.

OT: I have no desire to play any Valve game and think they're really overrated when I hear my friends talk about it. Actually I think the reason I don't want to play them is from oversaturation due to everyone talking about it

I masturbated while playing hotline miami.

what?......

lol jk

For me its that Im on my fourth playthrough with the hojo clan in shogun 2 and i still havent beat it. I can win battles but it takes to long because Im always having to wait at this or that province so that people dont rebel.

heres some more i thought Id add.

I have the damndest time trying to finish games. Ive been making myself though here lately.

Ive tried Eve online 4 times now and failed all 4 to become a true fan of the game but I do like it for what it does.

I got that dating sim about the crippled girls and couldnt finish it so I looked up all the ending scenes for the girls cause there hot.

[HEADING=2]I fucking [/HEADING][HEADING=1]LOVE[/HEADING][HEADING=2] Sonic R[/HEADING]
YES! YEEEEEEEES!!!! :D

I also dislike Spec Ops: The line and Shadow of the Colossus.

I really don't like Valve very much. I think Steam is great, but I think Valve isn't a great customer loving company, sure they're much better than many many competitors, but the reality is their PR machine is godly.

Half Life 2 irritates me. It's not fun. I managed to get about 70% through, it was okay, but I got bored, then played Doom in Half Life instead.

Doom made it better.

Edit: No really, Sonic R needs to be re-released on Steam.

Portal 2 was fun as hell. Portal 1 I couldn't get into.

Also I forgot:

ah, wait, precautions -raises flame shield and draws water sword-

I enjoyed the Devil May Cry reboot immensely. It was slick and well polished with fun combat and a fun story, with the majority of points about the story being grossly misrepresented by the hate crowd.

Yes I mean you.

Mr 180 no-scope abortion.

You mean the 180 no-scope abortion of a giant demon baby that was a boss fight not 2 missions before hand?

Half-Life is over-rated
I never had any problem with the Mass Effect 3 ending
I don't care about bioshock, bioshock 2, or even bioshock infinite
All JRPGs are awful, especially FF, with the exception of pokemon
I really liked Viva Pinata
I much prefer console over PC
I literally had a panic attack in Halo 3 multiplayer campaign, my 2 teammates respawned 15 feet above me in a lift, landed in front of me, and I mistook them for enemies, and slaughtered them.
