- I thought Sonic Heroes and Sonic Adventures 1 & 2 were pretty good (although that might be the ever-dreaded nostalgia)

- I never cared much for the first Bioshock (But infinite was pretty good)

- I love Super Mario Sunshine more that 64

- I think the GTA series is either kinda fun at times (GTA 3) or mind-numbingly boring (GTA IV)

- My brain almost melted out of my ears from boredom when I tried to play CoD:BO

- I think Mario 3 is overrated as fuck, and is a mildly entertaining if frustrating time-sink at best

- I thought PoP: Sands of Time was boring and average

- I have never played Halo (just multiplayer matches with friends on the first one), Gears of War, Mass Effect or any Half-life game

- The Killzone series is as bad if not worse than all other Spunkgargleweewee games

I love killing children in games, I kind of hate Bioshock and I try really hard to troll in Mobas after a bad game.

I cheat and use trainers in all the single player portions of games. I don't hate EA and will buy games that they publish.

They aren't exactly 'deep dark secrets', but, since you asked:

- I despise Dragon Age: Origins immensely, and consider Dragon Age 2 to be vastly superior, but Origins has one thing in its favor: Alistair. I can't help but really like that goofy bastard.

- I liked Dead Space 2 and 3, and while I consider 2 to be the high-point of the series, I think 3 could have been even better, had some aspects of it been better executed.

- Out of the few Zelda games I've played and completed, I feel that Wind Waker was the best. I've also played several of the Gameboy Advance games, as well as Twilight Princess. I never finished Twilight Princess, however, and I deeply regret it.

- Like Dragon Age, I feel that Mass Effect 2 and 3 were inherently better than Mass Effect, if only because of the refinements in gameplay mechanics. For all their faults, I still enjoy 2 and 3 much, much more than the first.

- I feel that Gen 3 of Pokemon was the best Generation overall, though two of my favorite Pokemon are from Gen 4. (Mismagius and Honchcrow.)

- Between Fallout: New Vegas and Fallout 3, I'll choose New Vegas every time. And I've never played any of the other Fallout's either, and I may never, due to the style of gameplay simply not appealing to me very much.

I never played a Half Life game.
I think Metroid Prime has awful controls that make me not able to enjoy it.
I like Modern Military Shooters.
I think any Sonic game that isn't Adventure 1 or 2 is awful.
Mass Effect 2 was my least favorite in the series.
I think Fallout 3 was better without Broken Steel, and I have trouble deciding between if I liked the story of 3 or New Vegas more.
Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City was an alright game.
I can't beat any 2D Mario game by myself.

Only Bioshock I like is 2
I hate most of Valve's games
I like Duke Nukem Forever
Only good S.T.A.L.K.E.R. game is SoC, I declare the other 2 games not part of the story.
Nintendo is overrated, and I grew to disliking them since the Wii
Only good Zelda games imo are Wind Waker and Twilight Princess, dispite me owning Ocarina of Time.
I don't like GTA San Andreas, and to this date I think it is the worst GTA made.

I prefer Saints Row 3 over GTA 4.... plus I pretty much keep my Pokemon playing to myself around other gamers

I have a grudging respect for Friday the 13th for the NES. Maybe it's because I spent so long trying to beat it. The game was "Being Attacked by a Pack of Wolves" levels of hard, and itt didn't help that on the 3rd day Jason essentially became a God. However, having beaten it, I can't describe the experience as unpleasurable. I don't know, I have a strange appreciation for it now. I'd almost call it Stockholm Syndrome, but I don't think that fits it just right.
"And when you play Friday the 13th for the NES, Friday the 13th for the NES plays you as well."

- I have never played any of the Half Life games.

- I have never played the Portal games.

- I have yet to finish Persona 4 even though I played a good chunk of it and loved Persona 3.

- I don't mind the ending to Mass Effect 3.

- I don't think Sephiroth is better than Kefka or vice versa.

- I enjoyed Castlevania 64.

- I like Final Fantasy 13 and 13-2.

- I own "Catherine" (I've actually been verbally attacked for this).

- I didn't mind Resident Evil 6.

- If given the option, I will play as a female character more than a male one.

The list goes on.

Hm, let's see...

- I think Mass Effect (1) and Mass Effect 3 are incredible games but I didn't like Mass Effect 2.
- Bioshock Infinite is amazing. The first two Bioshock titles were bad games.
- Spec Ops: The Line is one of the greatest gaming experiences ever made.
- The Last of Us is an awesome game but way, way overrated, not even close to "Best Game Ever Made" and probably not "Game of the Year".
- I loved the new Tomb Raider (2013) reboot and have never played any of the previous games in the series.
- Modern Warfare 2 is one of the best FPS games of this generation.
- I have not played Shadow of the Colossus.
- I immensely enjoy(ed) playing Star Wars: The Old Republic.
- I think Guild Wars II is boring.
- With the exception of CoD 4 and CoD 6, Call of Duty hasn't produced a good game.
- Resident Evil 6 was incredibly well made and RE 5 is one of my favourite games of all time.
- Oblivion is the best Elder Scrolls game.
- Assassin's Creed III is one of the worst games I've ever played, along with Homefront and RE: OORC.
- On that note, Resident Evil 4 is ridiculously overrated.
- Jason Brody out of Far Cry 3 is the best representation of young adults in a video game (saying that as a young adult). It was ridiculous how similarly we thought to each other and most of my friends.
- Fallout 3 is better than Fallout New Vegas, but that's a common opinion.
- Demon's Souls is better than Dark Souls, but I still thoroughly enjoyed both games.
- Lost Planet 2 was a fun game, and I ended up collecting pretty much every single piece of gear available, as well as leveling up each character to a high level.
- There has never been a better RTS than Age of Empires 2.
- Max Payne 3 was very, very good.
- I loved Dead Space 3 and thought it was the best game in the series.

Hm, I think that's most of them...

I didn't like Batman Arkham Asylum.

I once left a Diglett in Daycare in Red version and forgot about it, then had to buy it out on to find it was level 100 and would never evolve, and I was broke.

I'm such a rebel.

-I raged HARD trying to beat the first boss of Skyward Sword, that guy who catches your sword with his fingertips and occasionally steals it and throws junk at you. It was IMPOSSIBLE. I was literally screaming for twenty minutes and throwing the controller around. After that I gave up, fuck Skyward Sword and the Wii Motion Plus gimmick.
If I remember correctly, the game explicitly tells you to be unpredictable. Why? Because Ghirahim can't move his hand fast enough. Line up your sword like you are going to attack from one angle, then move your hand, and attack from another direction. You can also use shield bash for distraction, or skyward strike for a few cheap shots. Here, pay attention to the first seconds:

It's pretty easy when you're not slashing blindly. I'm not saying that to annoy you, trust me, it really is. I was confused at first, but then I get it.
Have a solution for the stupid under water notes? Even with wii motion plus, I still can't get the ones that are 16 in a row. Every once in a while I pop it in and try for an hour or so. I figure I'll finish in maybe a year.

- I bought the original Dues ex after beating Human Revolution, but still haven't made it all the way through. I can't tell what I'm looking at most of the time and the voices sound like people gargling gravel.
- I didn't like FFXIII, but I adored Hope. I think because he really wanted to kill Snow, and really who doesn't?
- This is a really odd one. I like buying video games and I like replaying video games, but I'm normally not a fan of playing them the first time through. It's because every game still in the shrink wrap has the potential to be so amazing and every game I replay, I really liked. But putting a new game in is so terrifying because it's most likely going to be meh or even worse: bad.

- I think FF VIII is better than VII. Maybe it's because I had the twist spoiled for me, or because I hate the character models, but I like VIII better.
- I haven't liked a FPS game since Quake.
- I don't think FF XIII is as terrible as everyone says, even if it isn't the best... but I did hate XII.
- I'd never owned a Nintendo system til this week (new 3DS XL!) Mom thought they rotted the brain so I cut my teeth on the PC and Commodore in the 80s
- Sometimes I play with a walkthrough. I am not ashamed!

-Theres a number of "classic" games that I will never touch because the graphics are too awful (ex: the original deus ex, system shock)
-If a game cant bother to have a decent tutorial, I WILL abandon the game. (Arcanum, sins of a solar empire, etc...)
-I also use walkthroughs. Slightly ashamed of it, but bah!
-I have NEVER been interested in a blizzard game. Never played starcraft, warcraft, wow, anything. Some people have acted like it's a sin
-I haven't played above normal difficulty in any game since forever.
-Except for portal, none of valve's games interest me

- I don't like any of the Zelda games. I find them boring.
- Mass Effect 1 is my favourite of the series. I dislike ME2, and I won't play ME3.
- I love the first Assassin's Creed. The flag collection is bonkers, but otherwise I think it's the better of the series.
--Related: Not really a secret, but I hate Ezio. With a fiery burning passion. Worst playable character in my opinion.
- I have 100% Final Fantasy 8, and actually enjoyed most of it. Although I will accept that the story is pretty lame.
- Team Fortress 2 is a giant hat collection game. I played it once, and didn't like it.
- I prefer 'Want You Gone' over 'Still Alive'

1.No matter how many people told me that portal two was awesome, I stopped playing it around an hour in, and never got around to finishing it.
2.Even though the grinding is terrible, I still like the answer chapter on persona 3 FES.
3. My favorite Mario game is Sunshine.
4. Wind Waker is my favorite zelda game.
5. I thought final fantasy 12 was a great game, and I liked the battle system in it.
6. I think left for dead was fun for an hour, but then got boring.
7. I enjoyed Super Mario Galaxy two, even though I thought the first was boring. (Not sure if that is too unpopular).
8.I also enjoyed Dragon age two, but only about the same as the first.
9. I never understood why anyone would pay subscription fees to games, when they could use that money to buy new ones.
10. I played Metroid prime 1 and 3, and didn't really like them.
11. I enjoy playing visual novels that are only in Japanese, even though I don't understand them.
