I'm having that with Ninja Gaiden 2 at the moment. Stuck on the stupid giant skeleton thingy, funnily enough I gave up at the big skeleton dragon in first one too. I'm seeing a pattern here.

I ask myself all the time until I get a head shot, then the answer comes so clearly to me every time

Far Cry 2. I was about halfway through it and it lost all appeal suddenly. And I can only play it for about 2 hours at a time if I try to go back through it again.

World of Warcraft.

Its a drain on money, a social destroyer, and a devourer of souls.

So why do I like it so much?!
You make it sound like an addiction, the heroin version of gaming. =/

Sims 3 and SHIFT Not sure why i just feel like i HAVE to play them for some reason they are okay fun (and SHIFT is a revolution, NFS is actually kinda fun again!) but i'm not sure why i keep playing them, especially Sims 3 makes me wonder because i don't cheat (like i did in sims 2 to get a hobo to live in a mansion) i simply just HAVE to play Sims 3 :S

But it is! First you just play a little bit, and then you play a little more, and then you lose you friends, you gain weight and you are sexually attracted to female night elves. Not that I know anything about that...

Alot of times when im playing a racing game. For instance, i was playing Ferrari Challenge, i was at lap 8/8 on the hardest track and in first place. I get to the last corner and someone spinnes me off the track, sending me into the sand and i come in last place. WTF, WWWWTTTTTTTFFFFFF, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. Then i shut off the console and sold the game. (that wasnt the only time that happend just the last.)

Only with Call of Duty 4. I was playing it at release, enjoying the multiplayer, but now I can't go back to the online because I realized how ball-breakingly frustrating it is to grind 55 levels.
To true. Another would have to be Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3, I busted one of my controlers thanks to that game. But i still enjoyed it.

WoW. Ugh. I uninstalled it the other day when I realised the only thing I liked about it was the fact that my character looked cool.

WoW. Running raids for loot wasn't fun. I don't even know why I did it. Glad I quit.

OP: I've had that thought about Harvest Moon too but then I realized that it was fun to do that, and that's the only reason I play games (except for Blazblue sometimes, that can get serious.)

Did you do it in a dark room, the lights off, and curtains closed... I meant the gaming... not the night elf thingy =/

Probably. I played all the time. The thing with the night elves was just a joke by the way. *cough*

It's Crackdown for me.

For some stupid reason, I keep playing it. (Probably 'cause I bought it.) But, I hate the game to death. It represents almost everything I hate in games. Yet, I cannot stop. T_T I must make sure I get everything I payed for by buying the retarded game.

Oh c'mon. You know it wasn't.
